Set amidst two acres of olive trees, this bright and breezy villa is the perfect place to relax in the Grecian sunshine. Mixing traditional Cycladic style with modern comforts, the interior is open and perfect for unwinding after a long afternoon exploring the island. Begin the day with a refreshing dip in the small pool, then dry off on one of the poolside lounge chairs. Later on, sprawl out on the outdoor sofa for a snooze in the sun or simply sit with a cocktail and admire the views of the sea in the distance. As the night starts to roll in, fire up the barbecue for an alfresco feast, then pour yourself a cocktail and spend the evening chatting and laughing underneath the star-scattered sky. It's the location, however, that's even better. It's just a three-minute walk to Parasporos Beach, where you can nibble on snacks at the waterfront tavernas or swim in the crystal clear ocean. For a bit more buzz, the capital, Parikia (also known as Paros) is only five minutes by car – head there for chic cocktail bars, pretty cobbled lanes lined with boutique shops and trendy eateries right by the sea.
