This newly built, cosy villa is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your holiday in Paros. The villa is located at a scenic part of Paros overlooking the beautiful Aliki village. Hidden for full privacy with an unobstructed panoramic view of the Aegean sea and Antiparos island. The style of the villas is exquisite. The internal and external designed has been constructed to fit in with the carefree surroundings, offered to you.

The complex offers two villas, with a shared pool. There are offered either separately or together, for large parties of families or friends.

The facilities offered to you in one villa consist of 3 large double bed, bedrooms. There are 3 bathrooms to match. Downstairs, a large open plan lounge dining area is available to you with a fully equipped kitchen. You will also have access to an outdoor dining area, situated on the large terrace, which is accompanied with a barbeque. Outside, you will, of course, be able to chill out by the gorgeous outdoor swimming pool, which is perfect for cooling off from the hot sun. There is also a separate guest room for each villa. The house is fully equipped for preparing breakfast or lunch, there is a dishwasher and washing machine, iron, hairdryer, satellite TV. It is air-conditioned with onsite private parking, wireless internet, bathroom essentials, bedroom comforts, coffee maker and alarm system.
