The apartment is perfect for 2 people, very well equipped and very well located. With its own parking lot and public transport stops in the immediate vicinity. Great Ticino restaurants are also nearby, as are shops etc. Highly recommended!

Bus stop nearby and restaurant within walking distance. Possibility to have breakfast on the balcony for 2 people. Access to the house (unload luggage) only by motorcycle, Vespa or small. Car recommended, very narrow alley. Parking is available a few meters further. Apartment is on the 2nd floor and can be reached by stairs. (no elevator)

Good location as both Ascona and Locarno are within easy walking distance. Bus stops in the immediate vicinity. Ideal for hiking enthusiasts, as there is a wide range of hiking routes without long journey times. Beautiful location of the apartment in the middle of the historic center with many alleys.

Everything you need is available in the kitchen, bathroom and in the rooms. Well organized arrival with key handover. Central location. Reserved parking space nearby. We recovered well and would love to come back.

Well-equipped apartment in a very good location, about 20 minutes walk to the lake! Equipment is good with nice balcony. There is only one point of criticism, the key was not in the agreed key safe upon arrival. We first had to ring the bell in the house until we had a key. Not so great for us, since we don't speak Italian and can't just make calls on our cell phones (€1.89/min)!!!

Everything was right for us: good room concept, quiet location, public transport stops in the immediate vicinity, ideal starting point for activities. Our car remained unused the whole time. For us it was not important: no private parking space, distance to the lake, no sunbathing area.

Very interesting how you can realize a small but nice apartment in an old building. Thanks to the sliding doors, the available space has been optimally used. Very beautiful. Very comfortably and practically furnished. Parking in a public car park is not a problem but needs to be better described where it is.
