dirty, unkempt and far too loud. Some of the furnishings should be replaced. We liked the amenities such as the bathroom, restaurant and bowling bar. I can no longer recommend the houses in this condition for the money.

Went there as a family and it was fine. It depends if you want it cheap then you are offered something with the indoor playground and the swimming pool, but the cleanliness and the equipment was rather in poor condition

The house was big enough and very clean. The location was also very convenient.

Booking uncomplicated, check-in was quick and easy, the swimming pool is included which is very nice...

Outdated holiday home, but fine for a short break.

It was very dirty, the kitchen is poorly equipped, plastic dishes, inches of dust on the radiators, narrow parking spaces, the patio door was broken and didn't open, the patio table was broken (legs broke off)

The holiday home was very nice, but the bathrooms are a bit old, but still clean.

Semi-detached houses a bit old, also quite noisy. But with the equipment there was nothing to complain about. Swimming pool and indoor play world were great. Skittles and bowling alley in the basement was also very nice. All in all a nice stay. We'll definitely be back.

From the outside, the house made a solid impression. From the inside, however, one had to realize relatively quickly that it was already very worn and apparently no one was interested in renewing anything. Completely filthy heaters, worn beds, kitchen unkempt, dirty and worn. It was clear to everyone that it was not a 5-star resort, but at least dead flies and centimeter-high layers of dust should be removable. All in all it was "so-so" for the 6 days.

The house corresponded to the description and was also clean. The only small flaw is the very small couch corner. Since we were only 3 people, we got by with it, but when the house is full, the couch and the two armchairs are not enough. It was nice and quiet and relaxing, the dog also felt comfortable. The bathroom and the indoor play area were great.

Not very clean and very noisy when the neighbors are in the bathroom.

The accommodation was clean and fully met our expectations. What was very positive for us, our 14-year-old dog lady had to go out at night and we had direct access to a meadow on the ground floor, from the ground bedroom via the terrace.

Many of the park's leisure activities could not be used due to corona reasons. "Complete lack of concept" animation offer for children in the week none. Adventure pool much too small for the number of guests, as it is also open to the public. No hygiene in public toilets. No sensible basic hygiene items in the accommodation… not even a bar of soap.

After the times of Corona, the outer layers were not particularly well maintained. There was not everything that was described in the indoor room, for example table tennis tables.

Holiday accommodation is not well insulated against noise.

Nice living/dining area and great terrace. Unfortunately we only had 6 chairs at the dining table for 7 people. We were lucky that our house was at the end of the holiday park and our terrace was at the back. In addition, our terrace was covered. The bedrooms were adequate in size and furnishings. We liked it overall.

Super beautiful, we'll be back

We were the second time in the Hasseröder holiday park. Recommended for a short vacation with children. Pure nature and bath included. Many excursion and hiking destinations nearby.

Except for small things, we were satisfied with the booked property. Our expectations were fulfilled to 95%.

We had a nice stay in a cozy cottage. Our children aged 2+7 enjoyed themselves in the indoor pool and indoor playground. We adults enjoyed the sauna and the spa facilities in the neighboring hotel. There were many possibilities for excursions.

The holiday property has a very nice location. You can make good use of the offers within the holiday park, especially with children, as well as take part in activities in the beautiful surroundings. You can explore the diversity of the Harz, especially around Wernigerode. The furniture would have to be partially renewed! A plastic chair broke apart while sitting. The bed boxes were z. T. damaged and torn. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and accommodating.

We were 2 couples with 1 child aged 5 and stayed in a semi detached house on the lower level. The lower area is a 3-minute walk from the main building with the shop. The holiday park was very nice, the house was cleaned and all the furnishings were complete and everything was there. We were pleasantly surprised and have recommended the holiday park to others several times. We all had a lot of fun in the indoor pool, we also used the indoor playground and the restaurant and had a delicious meal there. Everywhere, in the service, in the indoor pool and entertainment, cleaning and gardening, the employees were very friendly and committed. There are a few details on the houses where the age of 15 is now visible, for example on the parquet floor. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back,
