Hasseröder Ferienpark

We were a group of 6 adults, and the house is well suited for that. We did not use the facilities of the holiday park. Overall, the houses could be looked after a little better: cobwebs, refrigerator door does not close properly, ... but overall OK, we rented bed linen and towels. Unfortunately, the parking space allocation was not adhered to.

The holiday home was satisfactorily equipped and had plenty of space for 9 people. The mattresses were very soft and the sofa bed in the living-dining area wasn't really comfortable. We were allowed to bring a grill with us without any problem. The indoor playground, the pool area and the many beautiful hiking trails were a bonus. The service staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

We were 6 adults and 4 children between 1 - 6 years. We all had space in the 3 bedrooms and living area. Due to the 2 bathrooms, there were no traffic jams in the evening. The kitchen is undersized for 10 people. An oven would be an advantage. The stove was not easy to use and unfortunately the dishwasher did not wash everything clean. We had booked bed linen and towels, they were clean and even packed separately. Too much plastic waste for my taste.

The cleanliness was insufficient. Cobwebs were everywhere in the corners. A vacuum cleaner would also be great, so that you can vacuum through in between. Maintenance work on the house is required (door frames, etc.). Kitchen equipment not sufficient for an occupancy of 10 people. Fridge too small and no storage space.
