Before my short break, I changed my account details over the phone because my bank details had changed. I was extremely annoyed that I was charged 99 cents by credit card without being informed beforehand. As requested, I wanted to give them our arrival time over the phone three days before we arrived. Unfortunately, the key holder was rather annoyed by my call and wasn't at all interested in an arrival time. The electricity was really expensive.

The house is on a fenced property with other similar accommodation. There are play facilities for children on the property and a wooden seating area in front of each house. With its small living space, the house still offers everything you need. We traveled as a family (2 adults, 2 children) and enjoyed our stay. A small minus point, however, was the volume of the holiday camp on the adjacent property.

Worn out/not insulated/cold feet/additional costs of almost 100 euros/week. for electric heating. Partial bulky waste and dirty furniture. A modified pressboard bed collapsed when laid down and was not repaired or replaced. Dangerous shower, no grab rails on the shower tray which is sunken deep into the floor. Luckily only abrasions. Steep stairs to the first floor. Just a handrail, dirty and sticky. Broken lighting. Outer door is stuck. Wifi only limited.
