Three apartments, great for a shared holiday but still allowing everyone to retreat. Dining areas a bit cramped but OK.

This house was very conveniently arranged. We could use the entire house; which we gratefully made use of. Each room was nicely decorated and there was sufficient furniture and material available. The only downside (but we knew that in advance) was the lack of a garden.

We had traveled with 5 couples of friends for 3 nights. A small drawback was that the kitchen was relatively small for 10 people... which is logical - since it is only equipped for 4 people. Key handover without any problems - very clean All 3 apartments -- nice restaurants within a few meters walking distance -- I or we can recommend them without any problems.

Nice home. Unfortunately only 1 big towel and 1 little towel for the bed and towel package. We stayed from Monday until Friday and 1 towel is not so much for this period of time. Nice environment to make a nice walk.

We had all 3 floors and I thought it was a nice house in a beautiful village. Enough to do. Also close by are fine restaurants. Only 1 disadvantage can be found that there is only 1 private parking space. And it is busy and little parking space so sometimes a bit of a walk.

Hiking group from the Sauerland were completely satisfied with the handling and the holiday home. The location and the quality of the house is really great.

The holiday home with three apartments is very centrally and quietly located in the old town of Schwalenberg. The very clean apartments are very well equipped, so that you can cater for yourself and eat comfortably at the large table.

The accommodation was great from top to bottom in all respects. The location was great too!

We rented the entire house for a family reunion and it was a good decision. All 3 apartments are well equipped and tastefully furnished. We would come back anytime.

Very friendly welcome, uncomplicated and quick check-in, everything is available and very clean. We felt very comfortable. The accommodation and the area are highly recommended.

Everything was great, we didn't miss anything, but the dishes weren't very clean, so we washed everything again before use. Since the rest of the house was clean, the complaining is at a high level;)

Great house in a great location. Small drawback you think you can use the house with 10 people at the same time (breakfast etc.) 3 different great apartments with lots of space but with us times at the table and room (7 people) was tight.

Very well furnished historic, renovated house. Great location. Due to the 3 fully equipped, self-contained apartments, there is plenty of retreat space for the individual families. We enjoyed the 2 weeks and recovered very well. What might be nice for 10 people: 1 washing machine and 1 dryer.

Unfortunately, barbecues are not allowed

It's a beautifully renovated home. Here all the equipment and the two saunas worked perfectly, everything is there that you need for a relaxing holiday. Also kitchen utensils, wine glasses etc. The beds are very comfortable. The landlord Mr. U. helped immediately and was available for all questions. Highly recommended for families and groups of friends. We were also impressed by the town of Schwalenberg with its picturesque half-timbered houses and the nearby restaurants.

The house is right on the market square. Very well furnished and above all super well stocked! Everything was really there that you needed... Wonderful modern and elegantly furnished bathrooms. We also had rainy, cool days in the summer, on which it was easy to endure the sauna. Various very good restaurants within walking distance. Everything perfect!

5 generation and everyone felt very comfortable and the sauna was our highlight in this holiday home.

I and four colleagues rented the whole building for five days to write there together. The house is very idyllic and quiet. We felt very comfortable, there was enough space and perfect for our purpose. The whole house has been newly furnished, the bathrooms are great and you can relax a little in the infrared cabin.
