Het huis is als onderkomen best geschikt, maar mist het nodige comfort. Zo is de douche niet goed onderhouden en geeft daardoor minimaal water. De woning is verder vrij kil, waardoor het niet prettig vertoeven is. De bedden zijn ronduit slecht: ze kraken en liggen hoogst oncomfortabel. Daarnaast is het aanwezige beddengoed van matige kwaliteit: erg dun. Er is ook geen tweepersoonsbed aanwezig. Daarnaast mist gezellige verlichting.
