Actually, a nice house. But... the shower leaked, and you were constantly stepping into a puddle after showering. The bed pads/mattress pads were quite dated in terms of color. There was quite a bit of dust and dirt between the bed and the wall. Right next to the small bedroom window is the boiler room/workshop, where the landlord used a grinder to clean a burnt-out pot around 10:00 a.m. in the morning. Nothing else would fit down there.
