Haus Berlin Apartment 5

In general, a very nice apartment with a wonderful view and good facilities! Various fixtures and fittings could use updating but overall a perfect holiday accommodation and highly recommended!

Large apartment with balcony. Nice view of the backwater. There is good food nearby. Windows need cleaning and maintenance. They close badly. Mosquito screens would be great. There is forest all around, so spiders are also around. In the large garden, a seat would be desirable for the apartments with a balcony, so that you can also have a barbecue. Mattresses aren't the best. internet problems. But the nice weather made up for everything.

As always, it was a very nice holiday in this apartment. The cleanliness of the apartment when handed over was fine. The numerous insects in the apartment, due to the drought, was sometimes annoying. The windows can also be very difficult (with a lot of effort) to close in places. The flattening effect is also slowly becoming noticeable. Otherwise, due to the location and the good apartment, we will spend our vacation here again next year.

We were there for the second time. Unfortunately, the sofa set has suffered since then. This year we had very heavy insect infestation on the property, which flocks of starlings and swallows feasted on. The number of spiders in the apartment was correspondingly high. For and not so bad. Sometimes you just have to go hunting. Standard of the apartment quite high. Nice view of the backwater. Very suitable for cyclists. Beaches easily accessible by bike. Some lamps broken.

The apartment has been rented several times. This time it was a disappointment. When the key was handed over it was not communicated that there was no light or electricity in the bathroom. WLAN without function. Fridge regulation broken. Fallen skirting boards with protruding nails and staples on the middle wooden support cause injuries. Light in the storage room defective. Fuse box had to be checked with cell phone lighting if ok! Cleanliness after final cleaning satisfactory.

This is the fourth time we have spent our holidays in Haus Berlin and we felt very comfortable again! Very spacious and beautifully furnished holiday apartments in a quiet and idyllic location make Haus Berlin something special! Unfortunately, some things are in a shabby condition, and the cleanliness sometimes leaves something to be desired! All in all a good choice, we will definitely come back!

The apartment itself is beautiful. We only had the misfortune that lightning allegedly struck in front of us. However, there was no trace of it to be seen. But there were problems with the lighting. the device chamber (cleaning agent) dark. In the living room, which is very large, we had no chance to read a book in the evening. Only one LED lamp out of 5 or even 7 was on above this area. Despite calling the manager, it stayed that way the whole time.

We have now spent several very relaxing days in the great accommodation.

Very neat accommodation on the first floor. storage shed for bicycles available; carport. Balcony for max. 3 people sufficient.

Everything as described. Only the balcony could do with cleaning and removing bugs.
