Positive 1: Changing the cleaning company paid off, the apartment was clean! Negative 1: The electric blinds were broken, this was reported on the day of arrival (Saturday) around noon, and the repair was only carried out on Tuesday afternoon. Neutral: The nasty neighbor with the dog mentioned in other reviews could not be found, but was rather friendly and open-minded - thumbs up! Conclusion: After 10 years of permanent vacation in the property, we are saying goodbye due to the ongoing price increase! MF

Unfortunately, the cleaning crew was late, so that cleaning could only be carried out quickly. The facility no longer fully meets contemporary requirements. Some of the lamps in the ceiling lights were broken, the fridge lighting was broken, the garbage can was broken for the last year. Garden cushions stained. Smart TV and internet positive. Superb location overlooking the backwaters.

If pets are to be allowed, it is important that the cleaning is managed better. Unbelievable amounts of dog hair from previous visitors remained, which meant that we had to start cleaning. Paid for towels and this was not pre-booked, seemed like it was often messed up. Wish that there is English knowledge when the key is handed over. Wi-Fi which is basically not working at all.

Have been there 3 times, would love to come back

Furniture slightly dated with some signs of wear. TV up to date. Internet very slow.

The house is beautifully situated, you could feel comfortable here if: 1. the accommodation was really clean upon arrival (e.g. the sofa had to be vacuumed and cobwebs removed before use, 2. the glass pane from the living room closet was not missing, 3. the cushions for the garden furniture weren't broken and dirty, 4. all the lamps really did provide light, 5. there were fly screens in front of the windows so that spiders and other small animals couldn't get in

Despite repeated requests, no internet connection could be established. 2 neighbors confirmed the disturbance....?

There were some defects in the furniture, the apartment wasn't as clean as one would like and they asked for cleaning fees again, even though they were included in the booking price.

The location is great, a great restaurant right in front of the nose and a beautiful environment.
