Super nice, comfortable holiday apartment. Highly recommended

The blind in the bathroom was missing, so that you could see in from neighboring balconies, but this was immediately removed after a complaint. One day later, the water heater broke, so we had to move to another accommodation. But this was also quickly resolved. Fly screens on the windows would be useful.

The apartment itself is good, had what you need for a few days. However, what we noticed immediately upon entering was that the flat wasn't cleaned properly, which I honestly find absurd since you pay for a final cleaning, hair crumbs and dust on the floor and surfaces in all rooms, egro not well cleaned. The rag was still crumpled up on the table in the bedroom. No WiFi, which is necessary on this island, were moderately enthusiastic.

Location, facilities are very good. Cleanliness could be improved. We missed a bit of WiFi, but that's a matter of taste. Supermarkets and bike rentals are nearby. beach is great.

since it is 2 km to the Baltic Sea, you need a car or bicycles to get to the beach. The accommodation is quiet-the center of Karlshagen about 2 km away. There is a supermarket about 900 m away. The apartment was well furnished, but it wasn't cleaned well... There's a lot to do nearby, even in bad weather.

The apartment is functional and very simply furnished. All electrical appliances work. The shower entrance is very high. Since you're out all day anyway, the apartment was enough for us.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you...very well-kept surroundings...3 grocery stores in the immediate vicinity...nice excursion destinations in the area and the beach is just perfect...we are self-confessed Turkey and Greece fliers, but Germany also has perfect corners... We would definitely come again...

The equipment was very good and above average complete. The apartment was suitable for children, only the stairs are very inviting for small children without a stair gate. Unfortunately, the basic cleaning had not yet been carried out when we arrived, so we had to wait another hour with 3 children (1, 5, 9 years) until we could move in. Unfortunately, under the time pressure of the cleaning staff, it was still very dirty (under the beds, behind the couch, etc.).
