"Gartenstraße", 3-room apartment 70 m2 on 2 levels, on the upper floor. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV and hi-fi system. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine).

The apartment is not recommended for the price. It is worn, the furniture is old and so are the electrical appliances. The dishwasher was stocked with dirty dishes. We had to clean the coffee maker and decalcify the kettle before using it. The protectors were not exchanged on the mattresses. No sign of hygiene.

Small shower with high entrance NOT suitable for people with walking difficulties. Kitchen furniture in poor condition, cutlery drawer cover loose, cabinet cover cannot be closed, non-stick coating for pans no longer available. Not recommendable

So something dirty I've never experienced .... shower in the joints mold and dirt. Mattresses and duvets dirty and outdated. Over gadine in the bedroom dirty with yellow stripes in it. Kitchen crockery and cutlery thrown together and unclean. Trash can totally filthy. Price-performance does not match. We only stayed to sleep because we couldn't do more.

The entire apartment is in dire need of a general overhaul. Bedroom closets, kitchen utensils, living room and balcony furniture, bathrooms all very worn and ancient. A big thank you to Mr. K., friendly and helpful and tried very hard to meet our needs in a short time. The location and the view are beautiful!
