Unfortunately only one double bed, instead of 2 as described

I have never moved into such a dirty apartment for vacation. There was still so much sand on the tiles from the previous guests that it was difficult not to slip with every step. The kitchen equipment is old. Plates and pots were dirty despite the existing dishwasher. The beds were ok. But, given the sanitary conditions, I was glad I brought my own bedding. The sofa is uncomfortable, the flat carelessly furnished. It's a place to stay, but not a feel-good place.

The accommodation was clean and the handing over of the keys was uncomplicated and the young man was very nice. Unfortunately, the mattresses, especially those on the door side, were almost unreasonable. Floor lamp, clock, freezer, several doors on cabinets were broken. The coffee maker and kettle had their best years behind them. Overall, the apartment seemed very carelessly and sparsely furnished. We are really no complainers and uncomplicated, but something really needs to be done here!

Broken bulbs from the previous year were still defective. TV was broken and after repeated reminders was changed after 4 days. Crockery stock was partly chipped. Unfortunately, the large parasol was also broken. But the location of the apartment is very good.

Simple, largely clean (window frames inside could also be cleaned) everything else clean. Shower with extremely high tub and very narrow. Nothing for stronger, older and restricted people. New mattresses in a hygienic cover. Not luxury, but equipped with everything you need. For us ok

Surroundings and Karlshagen wonderful

First of all, we all had a good rest in a week's vacation. The kitchen equipment of the apartment met our expectations. For four adults and two children, the apartment is too small, since the sofa bed in the living area is much too small for 2 adults and extremely uncomfortable, the beds were actually only uncomfortable in the bedroom. We found the terrace great. The beach is very nice.

Except for the mattresses in the double bed, which kept slipping apart, everything was ok. Bicycles could be accommodated in the small shed - table, chairs, parasol in the outdoor area parerre also available - unfortunately no wifi. .But on the beach promenade

So, the apartment is not comfortable at all. You can't sit properly on the couch and the TV is so high that you get a sore neck. On the piece of couch to pull out is a very dirty sheet. The vacuum cleaner and the mop are in the living room, not very pretty. The outside light on the front door is broken, so we always had to have a flashlight with us. All in all we were a bit disappointed. What I forgot to mention, the bed linen was NOT ironed. However, small children are taken care of with a chair, toilet attachment, footstool and some toys.
