renovation work is required, especially in the bathroom, otherwise it is a nice apartment

Unfortunately, the apartment was not quite as described. The furniture was partly broken, the curtains dirty. In the bathroom it looked like the mold had been wiped off the wall.

There is a moldy smell in the bedroom, even with the windows open, it is difficult to breathe. On the bathroom ceiling only poorly removed mold stains.

The furniture in the apartment, especially in the living room, is no longer up-to-date or very outdated. The apartment was in a poorly cleaned condition, with mold spots visible on the ceiling in the bathroom. A positive note is the very good location with the two terraces to the apartment. The environment outside was very well maintained. You can spend a relaxing holiday here.
