Unfortunately, not enough signs are allowed here, so our experiences in bullet points: -final cleaning is included in the price, but basic cleaning of €50 has to be paid with a flimsy explanation -the house musty, you can't get rid of the smell even with airing - the sofa is dirty, up Don't take them off, only use your own blankets - the first time you clean 32 spiders and a lot of sand - you hit your head in the bedrooms (from 1.50 size) - fly screens are defective - no outside lights

Kitchen equipment is very old. Sleeping accommodation in the attic is no longer portable. At summer temperatures like in the sauna. Outside area very slovenly.

The accommodation was clean but had plenty of insects. There was no WiFi. The living area with kitchen was simple but okay. Many items were torn or even broken. The sleeping area was an impertinence only in the middle area (approx. 1 meter) was it possible to stand up at all. The double bed has an entrance of max. 90 cm ceiling height on one side. The specified beach was not suitable for swimming. I've been waiting for my deposit to be returned for 2 weeks now.

The accommodation was a wooden house in the forest area. The house got damp relatively quickly and had to be ventilated well, otherwise it also smelled a bit musty. The accommodation itself had no WiFi, only the reception building. The electrical appliances (oven, electric heating) were a bit older and consumed a lot of electricity, which can quickly become expensive when calculated at 35 ct/kWh. That's why I only used the oven twice and wrapped up in the blanket in the evening. The landlords were very friendly.

FeWo was just not clean. floor was dusty. Toilet paper was missing. There was no dishwasher in the kitchen. Heating was only possible with an electric heater right next to the doors, ie consumption of the stream was very high :-( Warm water did not keep the temperature (e.g. when showering, washing hands, etc.) ... We expected more friendliness from the manager of the object. The lake was very nice, but next time we'll look for another apartment!

The holiday home is at the end of a bungalow park. Almost no mobile connection possible, very much in need of improvement. - Interior clean but breathed the charm of the 90's. - Sleeping accommodations in the attic (you can't call it a room) are an impertinence for normal Europeans, you could only crawl into one bed. Unfortunately we weren't lucky with the weather either, the heating in the living room doesn't work until October. Thanks to landlord for additional heater.

Inexpensive and functional accommodation for cyclists and the young at heart. Good value for money, everything you need for a week of outdoor activities. Supervision by the groundskeeper/key holder was good, and the tour tips were also very helpful!

Very quiet location on Lake Schwerin. Unfortunately not suitable for swimming because you have to walk far into the lake to swim. But there are many other lakes nearby that are more suitable for swimming. The accommodation itself is spartan and even the toilet paper has to be organized by yourself. Luckily the landlady had a heart ❤️ and gave us a role. It was OK for a week because the weather cooperated. For a longer period of time it was more knockouts

The N. family made it possible for us to spend a really wonderful week with our grandchildren in their holiday home complex. We really liked the commitment, the warm welcome and the uncomplicated rebooking in one of the individual holiday homes (although they were not yet ready for occupancy). As a conclusion I would like to say that the price/performance comparison is very good. Of course there is always something better, but then it also has to be more expensive. The location is very central if you have a motor vehicle. The apartment cannot be reached by public transport. Due to the location on the lake, mosquitoes are to be expected in summer. The kitchen equipment was on the lower limit, but it was what you would expect in a holiday apartment. The cleanliness was good.

The accommodation is located in a private holiday home park and the surroundings are quiet. Right on the edge of the forest with a table tennis table and everything you need. Only the heating in the living room had a small problem with us, but we were able to compensate with candles and the bathroom heater.

Once and never again. The coffee machine had to be put together every time it was used because several parts broke off. The lid of the kettle was also broken off. The springs of the sofa set came out with every movement. The devices are very old. Upon arrival, Ms. N. greeted us very nicely and recommended places to visit. Mr. N. wasn't that friendly. We were missing a pillow, he got it from the neighboring apartment without saying a word.

Pros: - nice little private garden - short walk to the lake Cons: - very old cots - only one room can be darkened - 2 cots don't fit in the darkened room - only a functional high chair where a child fits in - bad service, you will With "we didn't or we can't change it" - no parasol in the garden (much too hot at noon) - no kitchen utensils available (salt, pepper, etc.) - no toilet paper - etc.

Living room old furniture, bathroom not enough storage space, garden not well maintained, information about things of daily use were not mentioned separately, e.g. hygiene items, kitchen sponges for washing up etc. Service from the operator was not good, appointments were forgotten, chairs and table in the garden seen better days too. The natural beach wasn't as expected, there wasn't enough shade and the access was also very narrow.

The stench in the house was unbearable. The furniture was worn. The bathroom too small and unclean. At the windows everything full of dead animals. The kitchen not well equipped. The knives blunt. No scissors. No egg cups. One of the bedrooms had no light and no fly screen. It took almost 4 weeks and another phone call until we got our deposit back.

Cutlery and crockery from every village a dog!? Grill not clean! No way to clean the grill either. There is neither a wire brush nor a container for the ashes. Garden furniture and seat cushions in poor condition. Immediate surroundings not attractive. You just have to make the best of it. Water, forest and bike rental is okay. No cleaning supplies around the house. On arrival you are forced to pay 50 E for the basic arrangement or to clean the bathroom, windows, etc. yourself

Landlords are very nice, but you can only choose between -40 degrees and +80 degrees for the shower. If you are lucky, after 15-20 minutes it will be at a comfortable temperature. The mattresses are completely worn out and all are somehow "crooked" very uncomfortable. The rest is as you would expect at this price including the 1990 TV.

Lawns are not well maintained, the outside of the building is full of spider webs that have been there for more than 6 weeks. View of the buildings below is frightening .......... cleaning not included in the price want 50 € for it. Duvets and furniture range musty. Good that we had our own. There were stains and XXX on 2 mattresses, good that we already had covers. This house is not worth what we paid for

We came with our grandson, 8 years old, to do some day trips from here. The paths to the Baltic Sea are not too far to enjoy some places and the Baltic Sea itself. The terraced house is simple but furnished with everything you need for this period and kept very clean. We had a very nice vacation!

So far everything was ok, the house was sensibly furnished and there is enough space for four people. Beautifully located on the edge of the forest, the short walk to the lake (about 5 minutes walk) is ideal. The landlords very nice. We didn't find it so great that there was only one electric heater in the living room for the whole house, so no heated bathroom. Internet and cell phone reception was very bad at the end of the forest settlement!
