Private: property 300 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 500 m, supermarket 6 km, restaurant, sandy beach 500 m, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Marina 500 m. Sauna house and woodshed with storage space on the property. Owner doesn't accept bookings of companies.

Accommodation is great and modernly furnished on the ground floor. The TV could be a bit bigger than an old man with glasses, it's difficult to watch something on the small device. Shower with toilet was great and modern. Beds could be a little better. In any case, a clear recommendation.

A beautiful holiday home, everything was there nothing was missing. Anyone who has something to criticize about this object can never be satisfied. However, this property is not suitable for people with walking difficulties, as all bedrooms are on the upper floor.

We spent 1 week in the house. We all liked the facility. The bathroom on the ground floor has a nice big shower, toilet, washing machine. The bathroom in the first toilet, small shower and small hand basin. Good equipment in the kitchen, but a light under the work cabinets would be nice because you only have the shadow from the overhead light. house is clean ! Sauna is nice and big and heats up quickly. A parking space is next to the house and one is at the back of the garden, gravelled.

We had vacation in Altefaehr in June, this was beautiful. The house we had rented, the interior was very nice and modern, nothing was missing, everything was there and very clean. Thumbs up for the owners. The lady who handed over the keys is very nice and very friendly. The beach and the climbing park are very close and the weather was nice and there was a lot to do. We would vacation there again and we really enjoyed it.

Very nice and tastefully furnished holiday home. We recovered very well in the small resort of Altefaehr, since there was not the extreme tourist hype of the larger towns.

Great house, great location. Eternal nature behind the house. Close to the beach. The next town not far away. The bad tourism isn't noticeable in Altefaehr... There's less wind because you look towards the mainland. Gladly again

We had a very nice stay over a long weekend. You should only note that if you arrive without a car, it is quite difficult to get there, since the train station is unfavorable for the village (behind the expressway) and the way there is partly without street lighting. In addition, the ferry to Stralsund unfortunately no longer runs in December.
