After we were here last year, we were drawn back to Juliusruh. The accommodation is well located and equipped, nothing was missing. Any street noise could not be heard in house 2 at night and during the day we were out and about. We really liked it again, but like the first visit, the cleanliness left something to be desired. The key handover was a bit bumpy and could only be done by a few phone calls and waiting.

Very nice and big apartment. Kitchen very well equipped, has everything you need. Huge living room. Big TV. Large balcony near the beach. Parking directly in front of the apartment. Prior agreement for keys did not work as specified in the voucher. On the day of arrival, the changed handover could then be discussed and this then worked without any problems Nice key handover!

Were very pleasantly surprised by the good equipment of this apartment. We felt very comfortable. However, it is far from the center of Binz and you should arrive by car to be flexible. A bread roll service or baker would not be bad, at least now in the autumn holidays we always had to go to the neighboring town of Altenkirchen. Otherwise everything great!

The apartment is great, great and adequately furnished, even a guest toilet - no damage. BUT! The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. You can still live with sand on the terrace from the wind, but smeared window panes, dirt, things left between the mattresses by the previous guest are unacceptable, pick up the key yourself in the next town, unfriendly answers when asked, the key an hour earlier pick up are not customer friendly.

Nice apartment, but very dirty. Everything in the apartment has been recently replaced. New kitchen with complete equipment. Nice shower. And neat furniture. However, the cleaning was very bad. Under the bed a thick layer of dust, with old candies, chips and a one month old receipt (from the previous tenants). Dirty windows, full of fingers. Started on my own first.
