Gollwitzer Park (Insel Poel) Apartment 9

Nice, friendly apartment. Everything you need on holiday was there. Great terrace and garden - our dog felt at home straight away. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the great surroundings.

The sofa bed is very uncomfortable for adults.

Partly dirty, refrigerator broken, kitchen parts broken, poorly furnished, WiFi performance unsatisfactory

Casually furnished apartment, large bedroom, renovated bathroom, well-equipped living/dining room, nice little partly covered terrace, well-kept outdoor area, lots of play options for children e.g. boules, basketball, football, playground. You can get to the beautiful Baltic Sea very quickly.

Mold in the bathroom in the joints, the electric heater only sporadically generated heat, duvets thin and cheap, not warming, kitchen utensils incomplete. We left early but the caretaker was very helpful.

Everything that is needed is available in the holiday home. Unfortunately already some pieces of furniture in need of repair. Otherwise ideal with a dog.

The outdoor area should be brought up to a better standard, otherwise everything was okay. We had a great vacation, that's the main thing.

We felt cut off from the world here without WiFi, not even making phone calls is possible in the apartment. The DVD player didn't work, we were promised a replacement HDMI cable, but we didn't get it. A note that the second key on the collar is not for the apartment door but for the garbage can outside would have been nice too. The proximity to the beach is positive to mention. There is an oven, a microwave and a hair dryer in the bathroom.

Nice apartment highly recommended.. If you need some rest, this is the place for you..

this apartment was very cold, uncomfortable and carelessly furnished. Partly cheapest furniture. Very dark in the living area and bathroom.

Apartment for 2 people sufficient. In my opinion, the sofa is unsuitable as a place to sleep. (Nothing for 4 people) Unfortunately a bit carelessly furnished, everything seems thrown together (especially the equipment in the kitchen), broken/damaged floor tiles. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired (dirty mirrors, dog hair on mattress protectors, stained bedding, some dishes that weren't washed properly) No WiFi - bad cell phone reception.

Unfortunately, neither a contact person on site nor the key was available upon arrival. The room had not been cleaned, not acceptable now with Corona. The remote control for the satellite system was missing, which could not be taught in the course of the week, i.e. the station search while squatting in front of the device. Otherwise the apartment was ok, nice and quiet location, the facility was clean and well maintained. A dream for dog owners, there is endless space for dogs.

Short vacation with dog. Short walk to the dog beach. Friendly on-site service.

Equipment good. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Had to clean kitchen/appliances upon arrival.

The resort itself is beautifully laid out and the beach is within easy reach. The handling before arrival and on site by Mr. M. is extremely uncomplicated and very nice - you rarely experience such nice service. What we have to complain about at this point, however, is the general cleanliness of our apartment. Especially in the bathroom there is an unpleasant smell...(stone), the cabinets in the bathroom don't seem to have been cleaned for several months.

The apartment is beautifully situated near the beach. Everything is there (except for a broom) what you need. The bedroom is very large and the terrace has nice evening sun. Only the cleanliness on arrival could be a bit better, under the bed it was totally dirty and otherwise only very superficially cleaned. The key handover via safe is great, since you are flexible in terms of time when you arrive. The housekeeping staff is very nice.

The apartment was perfect for our vacation on Poel. The apartment is well laid out, the large bedroom deserves a special mention. In addition to the double bed, a child's bed etc. can easily be added. The kitchen is functionally furnished and equipped. The terrace is nice.
