Gollwitzer Park (Insel Poel) Apartment 6

The apartment is very old. The apartment smelled strongly of cold smoke. Some of the sockets were loose. The fan didn't work properly, it didn't turn! The sofa was soft, very deep and old. The caretaker was nice and knew about every defect.

Damaged and dirty kitchen furniture and cooking utensils

We assumed separate rooms. It is a 1 room apartment. The lamps in the apartment didn't work properly, as well as in the house on the road. There was no direct contact available. Just a nice caretaker on the phone on arrival. Otherwise everything was ok.

Basically, I am very satisfied with the location and facility. In the apartment there are no seat cushions for the couch and the rattan chairs. It is also a pity that only very tiny apartments or huge ones are available. In the small apartments there are only skylights from which you cannot see the landscape, a bit like an attic. because even if I drive alone and only need a small apartment, I want to have a decent window. The couch was littered with DOG HAIR Cleaning very poor no cleaning material available eg dust pan and broom Broom was full of hair from the blonde long-haired previous tenant

1. The code assignment for the key box and the designation on the keys could definitely be improved. Stands in the parking lot and waits for a call back to get the code. That spoiled the holiday joy right away. The room had been visited by various birds through an open Velux window, which also caused considerable dirt. The apartment wasn't really clean and not so nice for small people because you can't really look out. Otherwise ok.

It was clean, everything was there. To complain about was the lack of lighting in the bathroom. There wasn't even a socket, otherwise it would have been easy to get a bulb. Otherwise value for money absolutely ok

The accommodation was functional, value for money was right. We would book the apartment again. The location to the beach is great.

The one room apartment was equipped with everything you need. Very easy , not even particularly. There was a lack of cleanliness. And it would be nice if there were also a cleaning agent (bathroom cleaner and toilet cleaner) and a cleaning rag for the mirror. Likewise, there were 2 pots and 5 lids, but no colander. Loose sockets….

Ignorance of the caretaker: payment for the bed linen was not sent? Hygiene out of place in the caretaker's registration. Dirty bed linen was neither in a laundry bag nor separately, but loose on a laundry pile. Underneath was the clean linen in a box. The stovetop and coffee maker in the room were not very clean. The wicker chairs at the table were uncomfortable to sit on without a seat cushion. In the bathroom there was only a mini light on the mirror. insufficient!!

The lighting in the bathroom didn't deserve the name, a pasta strainer was missing. Otherwise I was satisfied. Price/performance is ok

Apartment door doesn't open all the way, etc. No blinds or blackout in blazing sunlight possible...there used to be, but is no longer available. Only self-made emergency lighting in the bathroom... very dangerous, because loose cables stick out of the wall. Cleanliness bad Key collection not working. ....caretaker and hotline from "Interhome" not available, although this was advertised around the clock in the travel confirmation...then wrong key for wrong apartment...

Accommodation clean, good facilities with a small kitchenette, TV and radio also free WiFi access from the spa administration (Kirchdorf) available. Dog friendly with a section of beach for dogs. Was very satisfied and can only recommend.

I have to emphasize the special location. The apartment is close to the beach but not on the main road. So it's absolutely quiet. From there you can perfectly explore the island. Only negative was the lack of WiFi. It was well known, but it's part of it for me these days. But that didn't matter given the beautiful landscape and the local weather.
