- A bed lamp ripped out - 1/2 hour cleaning work in the bathroom required to remove dingy things - Shower head and faucet clogged. - Shower drain had to be cleared first. - The sofa needs cleaning. - The table was very shaky. - The skylight in the sleeping area had no blackout option. + Sufficient space to sit down with others. + Sturdy beds and mattresses + Very good flow heater in the bathroom + Overall ok!

If you are satisfied with little, you will get your money's worth. It was enough for us and we were satisfied and would come again. The real drawback is the lack of washing-up facilities

The dining table was shaky, partly no blinds on the windows, the door handle from the bathroom was almost out. Unused furniture in the hallway.

We think Gollwitzer Park is beautiful in itself. Last year we lived there in exactly the same apartment, only it was better equipped. The most annoying thing was the missing sink in the kitchen. That is, water from the bath should be poured into bowls for washing dishes. But we are no longer in the 1950s and we were not on a campsite. In addition, the cleanliness was only superficially visible. The plastic door handle from the outside was so greasy, I had to clean it myself.

Since the apartment does not have a balcony, there is no covered seating area outside so that you can sit outside even when it rains.

This resort has been known to us for a long time. We were actually looking forward to it. But we were not accommodated in the booked holiday accommodation, but in another. But according to the property manager, it shouldn't matter which apartment we occupy. That can't be, because in this apartment there are significant defects, such as: -Smoke detector not installed -Toilet seat does not fit z.Toilet -Washing dishes from the bowl -Vacuum cleaner not usable It is a 1-room apartment.

Unfortunately the apartment wasn't that clean. There was dirt on the fridge and the sofa. The smoke Elfer lay on the cupboard. Unfortunately, the delivery option with the cot didn't work either. otherwise ok
