Spitzgatt

We booked the apartment over Easter 24. At the start of the holiday we first had to deal with the various damages that were found in almost all rooms (e.g. shower fittings had fallen off/rusted, there was a broken pane of glass on the balcony, etc.). The general condition of the apartment showed considerable signs of wear and tear. The cleaning condition when we took over was inadequate, e.g. curtains dusty and dirty, toilet with excrement stains, toilet brushes dirty/worn, bed

Well equipped and quiet apartment

not only did we feel very comfortable, the rooms are spacious and so you can also spend a rainy day there.

The apartment "Spitzgatt" is rated. The location of the apartment right next to the forest is great and especially great for dog owners. The apartment is on the 1st floor. We only used the lower floor of the apartment. Well equipped, although "initial equipment" of tabs, washing-up liquid, sponge cloth were missing. Cleanliness has "room for improvement" (roller blinds in the kitchen and bathroom). Drying rack could be replaced. Kitchen/living room could use a makeover. Decoration: Less would be more. ALDI+Edeka just around the corner. To recommend.
