Kitchenette (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Oil heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

For shared use: natural state property 20'000 m2, garden with lawn and trees. Table tennis, arbour, garden furniture, fireplace, children's playground (slide, swing), bathing jetty. In the complex: table tennis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), bicycles available. Available: canoe. Rowing boat (Local agreement), parking at the house. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 8 km, railway station "Wingst" 3 km, sandy beach "Cuxhaven" 38 km, grass beach "Otterndorf" 25 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 45 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Ostesee 10 km. Please note: suitable for families. Local sale of farm products. Breakfast eggs from our own free-range chickens, 2 pot-bellied pigs.

We stayed in the lower apartment. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The kitchen is almost new. Everything was very clean and corresponded to the description. The landlords are very nice people who have lovingly prepared the property. The location is ideal for excursions, as it is right on the bike path and only 500 meters from the Ostebrücke.

We spent a very nice week here with our dog. In the apartment there was everything you needed and in the fenced garden there was a hut and a barbecue area. For children there was also a playground with equipment in the garden. The landlords were very nice.

We received a very friendly welcome from the von Dollen couple. The house is very quiet, the garden is fenced. My dog was able to roam freely here and was also very welcome. A nice place to stay with always very friendly, helpful landlords.

Unfortunately, rowing boats will no longer be available from October. They will be caught. But rowing was a criterion for booking this apartment. Please change this in the description. The mattresses were VERY through. We were there for 4 days and had to pay the same additional costs as for a stay of 3 weeks 14 euros per person. This should be adjusted on a daily basis. In 4 days for two, we never used up 14 euros in additional costs. Otherwise the accommodation was correct.
