The apartment is very well located, has a good layout, and is fully equipped. It's practically ideal for a family. The large hallway is particularly great. What wasn't so nice: the balcony wasn't cleaned at all when we arrived and was also very messy. People also smoke on the covered balcony, so the apartment smelled of smoke when we moved in. Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable and would book the apartment again at any time.

The evaluation is based on the impression when moving into the apartment and on the defects found afterwards! For example: balcony cuddling, seat cushions on kitchen chairs torn, plastic panels on the balcony roof coming off, which leads to an unpleasant rattling even in a light wind! Toilet flush occasionally does not close properly.

Apartment spacious and clean. 2 pairs with an attachment get along well. 7 minute walk to the beach is great. The apartment is generous and spacious and can accommodate several people. Is recommended.

The apartment is very comfortably furnished and everything you need is really there. We didn't miss anything. The kitchen is also well equipped. Toaster, 3 coffee machines, pancakes, dishwasher, everything is there. The size is also great for 5 people.

The equipment of the apartment was very good. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was available. A minor damage was immediately eliminated. There was also nothing to complain about in the other service. The only downside: there were only 6 marked parking spaces for 7 apartments,

The FW is in a prime location and close to the dike. Gastronomy and the spa park are also easily accessible. The house and the apartment are well maintained. The equipment of the apartment is good and satisfactory. Beds are comfortable, even the Murphy bed. The balcony is of decent size and comfortable furniture. Only the final cleaning €19 per person I find too high.
