Exit to the terrace. 1 room 4 m2 with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 10 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Terrace 12 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair (extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

The apartment offers enough space for a small family with a dog. However, the mattresses are very hard, so we slept badly (back pain). But the bedding was very clean. The seat of the couch was dirty. Full of stains. But the drain on the sinks is really disgusting. abnormal. There was also no soap in the bathroom or trash bags in the apartment. But there are no dishwashing tabs for dishwashers. Exactly my sense of humour.

Sleeping in bed almost impossible, bed much too deep, mattress and slatted frame always make Greusche. I have a back problem. No armchair in the living room. A very, very uncomfortable sofa, or whatever that is. Cutlery comes from a dollhouse never experienced on vacation. The hanging toilet is also not in order, makes cracking noises as soon as you sit on it

A spartan, small, affordable apartment with everything you need. The garden was completely fenced, but the legacies of the previous dog were still in the garden. The apartment was very clean, especially the bathroom. However, the wardrobes and bedside tables were dusty on the inside and there was still coffee powder behind the coffee machine. There was no picture on the wall or decoration. There was also a storage room. However, we lacked WiFi.

We have stayed in this apartment several times. We always have our mother, who has severe dementia, with us in a wheelchair. The entrance via the garden is handicapped accessible and good for loading/unloading. The standard of the apartment is ok, everything was clean. Found a new TV this time. Unfortunately, the dog stand is currently closed. Otherwise, the proximity to the dyke, the promenade and the shops is holiday-friendly. A slight negative point: the lower guide rail of the shower door is dirty

House with a terrace. Small but sufficient. Super close to the beach... Unfortunately, this year there was a large construction site on the beach.

This was our fifth time in this apartment. Everything was as expected, so good. Only the TV should be renewed. It doesn't meet the usual standard. The proximity to the dyke, the dog beach, the promenade, the guest house, the bakery and discounters is particularly good. The mole can be reached quickly by car if you want to take a day trip to Norderney (worth it!)

Unfortunately the apartment wasn't very clean. There were stains on the bedspread. Under the beds and under the couch was not vacuumed, there were clouds of dust underneath. What particularly bothered me was that rented with a dog and then the garden is not fenced. You have to take care of your dog. It is also not in the ad that the garden is open. Also, no dishwasher and no wifi. The water didn't drain in the shower. I had to get hair out of other guests

A very nice apartment with nice furnishings, unfortunately the garden is not completely fenced. Not ideal for dogs. The neighbors can also look into the garden from every side, which is also a minus point. Otherwise we spent a great holiday in the apartment, I can only recommend it!

The apartment is on the ground floor. We have a disabled mother who coped well with the alternative entrance via the garden. Everything is clean and tidy. The 2nd bedroom is suitable for children and - as in our case - for one more person. Kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom are of the usual standard. All in all, good value for money. The proximity to the dog beach, bakery and fish snack bar is particularly favorable. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. From the apartment to the dog beach, then over the dyke in the direction of the pier and central north dyke with many shops, there is a nice circular route and back to create, even with a wheelchair.
