Good location. The apartment is quite old and in need of renovation. The apartment smells extremely musty, which could not be remedied by regular airing. A storage room (which actually exists) would be desirable. Designed for five people - much too small for that. No hairdryer available. Completely rusty garden loungers. Shower tray leaking - water runs onto the floor for hours. Dirty mattress in the children's room. Stairs to the loft bed not securely fastened - risk of falling!

Shower in the bathroom very good, mattresses rather too soft. Service staff did not know that there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Information in house brochure would have been helpful. No organic waste disposal available.

The Venus shell holiday home is in a central yet quiet location. A lawn adjacent to the terrace is ideal for children to play. The house offers everything for a one to two week holiday, the equipment is good and comfortable, except for the shower tray. The shortcoming of the shower tray is that it is very smooth and has mold on the edges, but it is a super comfortable shower fitting. When taken over, it could have been cleaner in the bathroom. Overall we were satisfied!

Rooms were too dark, curtains in the bedroom no longer up to date, bathroom could have been cleaner, but otherwise it was ok

Super located for easy and simple access to everything. Basically very calm. Positive: interior much brighter than in the house "cockle". More lighting. Negative: couch pretty worn out, bedroom without bedside tables.

Unfortunately, no WiFi password could be found in the accommodation

Although the holiday home is not very large, it is still sufficient for four people (2 adults, 2 children). The bathroom is very small, but we managed well for 1 week. It has been refurbished since the last reviews here and is in good condition. Only the couch has worn out in some places and could do with replacing. But there are now, among other things, a larger TV and firmer mattresses. On arrival the house was properly cleaned.

Hello Interhome team, this year we were very disappointed when we came to the Venus mussel. The cleanliness gave up some concerns: the wash fitting and the hand basin had to be cleaned by us first, because you couldn't use them like that. (Unless you were wearing rubber gloves). The windows and the mirror in the hall were covered with streaks and fingerprints. The vacuum cleaner bag overfull and smelly. The clam is passe' for us.

The apartment has run down, so it would be appropriate to invest in certain things and not just skim off the maximum profit.

The window panes should be cleaned transparently again, the mini TV is a joke in terms of size and sound, a lot of dust also settles in corners and on baseboards, vacuum cleaner bags are not available, the toilet brush is an impertinence,

We have booked accommodation for 5 people, yes there are 5 beds here, but everything is very cramped and small and less suitable for 5 people, it starts with the dining table. The accommodation was dirty on arrival, although the cleaning staff came to meet us. The closets were stuffed with duvets, pillows, folding chairs, broken electrical items, buckets of paint, etc. Some of them were removed upon request. It really was the most disappointing place to stay

The room layout was good. However, the size of the bedroom was so small that it was difficult to set up a travel cot. The seating area could be renewed. The mattresses should be replaced immediately, as very, very stained! No hooks for kitchen towels in the kitchen. Kitchen inventory should be checked. The waste bins without a lid. A lot of coat hooks in the hallway. Number and layout of the closets good.

It was quite nice. But the TV is smaller than my monitor at home and the bathroom could have been cleaner!

The clam is a great cut for the holiday season well suited bungalow with a great location in Norddeich. The equipment is not the newest, but with a few small upgrades (new table in the living room and new slatted frame in the bedroom) completely sufficient. It would certainly be nice if the bathroom closet was replaced and the closets emptied enough so that something could be put in. Cleaning the windows would also add value to the property directly. However, a big problem seems to be humidity in the house. The outside wall of the children's room, especially the corner of the parking space / garbage shed is infested with black mold. Although we had the heating on the highest level all the time, it got so cold in the house from about 9:30 p.m. to about 7:30 a.m. due to the night-time reduction that the humidity fell on the windows and ran down like rain.

Unfortunately, WiFi didn't work, which is not so good for today's world. It should be possible to use social networks everywhere. It could have been a little cleaner, the mattresses on the beds could have been replaced. We would have liked a map of the area.
