Open dining room. 1 room 11 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room 22 m2, with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/shower/WC, double hand-basin. Terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair (extra). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

No hair dryer in the bathroom and radio in the living room without an antenna function, at least 8 light bulbs were defective.

We have our vacation from 10.09. until 30.09.2022 spent in the sunshine house. The first impression of the house and garden was good, especially the large garden and the complete fence. But !! On closer inspection, we noticed many shortcomings, some of which have been known for a long time. I refer to the assessment from 15.06.2021. Our list of defects is available to Interhome. We would not rent the house again and would not recommend it. Cleanliness also left a lot to be desired

House was clean and cozy. However, the lack of WiFi is not so nice, the newly renovated bathroom in the upper area is fantastic, the privacy screen attached to the window is definitely not well thought out. The neighboring house can see directly into the shower. Other equipment good, the beds are comfortable, very good mattresses. The house is in good condition, everything on site (kitchen equipment). We had a good time and recovered well.

Well-equipped house with a beautiful enclosed property. The new bathroom is very nice. The beds are great. Unfortunately a bit dark in the house because of the small windows. No WiFi and no radio reception. Too much antique furniture.

Very cozy house where you immediately feel at home. Extremely quiet and definitely also recommended for solo travelers if you don't really need WiFi :-) Our dog Nelson (Labrador) also felt very comfortable, so we definitely recommend it. We would rent this house again at any time, 5 stars from us!

After we replaced the broken outside lamp and repaired the upper bedroom door (lower board scraped the floor and door was always open) we had a pleasant stay

Wow was the first word upon entering the house. In reality it looks even nicer. Stylish ambience, comfortable sofa and beds. Kitchen very well furnished. Upstairs new bathroom with shower. Living room is flooded with light all morning. Centrally located within walking distance to the swimming pool and seal station, restaurants and dike, yet very quiet. The house is neat and clean. We felt very comfortable and are happy to recommend it.

the furniture was very worn and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Neighbor can watch us shower in the bathroom because there is no blind. The TV was totally out of order. The patio furniture was very dirty and moldy. The upholstery was worn and the floor was covered with sand, so that the sand was carried all over the apartment. When the keys were handed over, the employees at Interhome am Norddeich were very unfriendly.

We were in this house for the second time. In contrast to last year, the house made a somewhat neglected impression. (Care/cleanliness.) TV remote control dingy. / Double bed broken in the center bar. Curtains hung down. TV channels unsorted. Stereo not connected. No Internet.

Unfortunately the accommodation was not clean. Dead woodlice and beetles, missing garbage container in the toilet, plenty of cobwebs in the stairwell area, blocked TV channels, curtains were hanging down, some lightbulbs were broken, stereo not connected and a lot more.

Front door closes very badly. Inner door grinds on the floor tiles (door frame loose). Many lightbulbs are broken so it is very dark in the evening.

This was the second time we stayed in this house and we felt very comfortable again. The house is set back from the hustle and bustle around Dörper Weg and we really like that about this house. Perhaps the house could be equipped with W-LAN.

The house is attractive from the outside as well as from the inside, well thought out, practical and fully furnished. Spacious bedrooms. Good mattresses. Just great. We have lived in many holiday homes in the Netherlands as well as in Norddeich. This home is exceptional. The only thing I missed is W-Lan / Internet

The house is a little away from the hustle and bustle, is in a quiet area. It is about 900 meters to the beach, three...four minutes by bike. The house itself is bright, good layout, with a terrace and a small uninhabited pond. All in all very nice. If you have problems, you can contact interhome in Norddeich, they are very close by. All in all it was a nice vacation.

The general condition was OK, but the terrace chairs and tables were very dirty, we had to clean them completely ourselves.
