Seeperle Apartment 5

The accommodation has a good location directly on the North Sea beach, but the furnishings are very outdated.

The apartment is old and very old-fashioned, but everything is very clean and everything works. And that is the main thing. Always happy to come back

The apartment is in a top location. A few meters away from the dike and less than five minutes away from the beach. The equipment of the apartment corresponds to the standard. The only thing I can rate negatively is the non-possible shock ventilation. The living room has large windows, but both the bathroom and bedroom windows can only be tilted. This is uncomfortable in hot temperatures, but the apartment itself is well insulated.

The location was very good, right on the sea, very quiet.

Overall accommodation was good. bed was a disaster. Rubbish should be thrown into containers below. Unfortunately not easily possible because containers are difficult to open.

The location is great. Accommodation as in the photos, already a bit old.

Positive: overall clean. Cons: Bathroom: The decor is old. mold on silicone. Water in the shower doesn't drain properly so showering was a nasty affair. Kitchen: No microwave, no dishwasher, but you get two dishwasher tablets. The water collects in the lower compartment of the old refrigerator. No detergent, salt or oil available. Ie for a few days arrival, you have to take everything with you. Wifi was very slow.

We would have been in Spain normally and without a pandemic, but that's how we ended up in Norddeich, which we don't regret at all, the weather, food and accommodation were great, unfortunately our apartment didn't have a balcony because we booked quite late and hardly anything was available been, we have decided for the "Seeperle" and have spent two beautiful vacation weeks.

I've been coming to Norddeich since 2007 and have always booked through Interhome ever since. Great service and always super friendly. I had this accommodation for the third time. It is simply but functionally furnished. The highlight is of course the open fireplace, which we used diligently over the carnival days.

Apartment as shown in pictures. Sofa bed new, rest of the furniture dated but intact and clean. Well equipped kitchen, bedroom (mattress) in order. Only the pillow and blanket would have to be cleaned more often! Bathroom small but adequate. Good value for money! Wouldn't vacation there in summer as too central for my taste and no 'possibility to sit outside. For our purposes, namely 1 week of the autumn holidays for surfing, perfect, if only because of the proximity to the beach/surfing school.

I was there again last week with my kiddies and as always everything was perfect. My kids love this apartment. Absolutely functional and clean

Holiday was perfect as always with Unterhome, I've never had any problems. This time, however, I got a replacement apartment, since the heating in the apartment I booked was defective, I had to do without a balcony/terrace. The furnishing style of this apartment was a bit old.

Except bed and mattress are too hard, unfortunately we didn't sleep well...
