The holiday home has everything you need for a great holiday. The on-site handling is always very good. All in all, a well-rounded experience.

WE THINK HOUSE IS GREAT. WITH THE WINTER GARDEN AND THE SMALL GARDEN. ALSO LIES IN A QUIET DEAD STREET.

The house was clean and very spacious. The conservatory was great.

The house is sparkling clean, in excellent condition, the garden and conservatory invite you to relax and you are given a very warm welcome. We enjoyed every minute in our great accommodation and can recommend it unreservedly.

A really great place to stay. Everything you need is available. Very quiet location and yet centrally located so that everything can be reached quickly. Cozy conservatory, where you can also enjoy a nice glass of wine in the evening.

The house offers everything you need for a holiday, including a beautiful conservatory with good garden furniture. It is in a great location and you are very quickly in the center on the water and in the port. What we didn't like that much was the creaking of the double bed on the ground floor. The mattresses could have been a bit softer for us. The TV programs could only be found with difficulty by entering digits. Somewhat cool living atmosphere on the ground floor due to the lack of carpets and curtains.

Very nice house in which everyone can feel good. Furnished to a high standard, clean and well maintained! We were there with two teenagers and a 4 year old. There were cots for smaller children. An extensive game collection is available. Great, well-kept, fully fenced garden. We were completely satisfied! We'll be back!

This home met all of our expectations! - close to the beach, shops, restaurants and tourist activities (Ocean Wave,...) - quiet, - beautiful view of the garden - very well maintained - top services - owner made an effort to speak English (we don't speak German). In a word: Fantastic!

Unfortunately, the heating doesn't come on until 8 a.m., so that basic heat is only reached half an hour later. Since we were there in January, it was very cold in the morning. Otherwise everything was great and we would love to come back.

Very nice house. Great garden. Everything is there and much more in good to very good condition. Cleaning was ok but not good because many corners were dusty. It has been a long time since the beds were vacuumed, which could also be due to the impractical vacuum cleaner that doesn't fit underneath. Handover was good and everyone was very nice.

Very nice, spacious and functional holiday home with a very nice layout and rich and high-quality equipment. The existing conservatory and the beautifully designed garden also inspired the stay.

We were 4 adults and a small child in the trap. The house is beautiful - the highlight is the winter garden, which always gives you the feeling of sitting outside. Bathrooms are functional/clean but could use an upgrade. Especially in times of Corona, one could be a little more precise in terms of cleanliness, e.g. the coffee filters of the last resident were in the machine, no one had washed the hair dryer for a long time, etc. Unfortunately, the mattresses on the upper floor are totally worn out!

We really liked the holiday home. There was nothing missing. We stayed there with 6 adults and a dog over Christmas. The location is perfect; quietly located in a settlement, but still central. Bakers, restaurants and water were within walking distance. Unfortunately, the only drawback during our stay was the winter garden, which could not be heated and unfortunately smelled strongly of fish, a pity, but that would certainly have been remedied if it hadn't been over the holidays

We liked it a lot. A stair gate might be good for families with small children, as the stairs are always accessible.

The holiday home "Reuse" is cozy and well equipped. A garden with a fountain invites you to end the day or evening comfortably. The location is excellent - the town center with its many fish restaurants and small shops is within easy walking distance, the supermarket is about 15 minutes away.

Location of the holiday homeThe holiday home is located on its own property one kilometer from the Norddeich beach. Bakers and the discounter "Netto" are about 800 meters from the house. The holiday home is quietly located on a side street.EquipmentThe holiday home has been lovingly and fully furnished and equipped. The conservatory is particularly comfortable, from which you can watch the birds (greenfinches, redstarts, song thrushes, etc.) bathing in the artificial fountain. The strict smoking ban in the house and in the conservatory is particularly welcome! Cleanliness Upon arrival, the holiday home was sparkling clean. All cleaning agents and equipment were sufficiently available for our own intermediate cleaning.

Super nice, super class. Any time. We felt good. And that's why we've already booked again for next year. A motion detector could still be at the entrance from the path, which is a bit dark.
