The hot water heater ignited every 5 minutes, even at night. Sleep was impossible, but there was lukewarm to cold water for showering. The kitchen faucet wouldn't turn. On the day of departure, the cleaning staff were already in the apartment at 8 a.m., entering without knocking or making themselves known while I was in the bathroom. The terrace was unusable because the table was broken and everything was still very dirty. When I complained, the only response was, "The cleaning staff is a bit scatterbrained." Too expensive for that.

The apartment was OK. The couch was a bit saggy.

Not acceptable for the money

The apartment is minimalist in design. Everything you need is there. Unfortunately, there are no egg cups. The armchairs and sofa bed are very hard, but practical for a few days. It would be nice if the terrace was fenced in so that we could let the dog run around, but he always had to be on a leash.

For the repeated time in this unit gladly again quiet location

Everything you need was there and there was enough space. It was also nice that it was on the ground floor.

Apartment for two people was fine. Only the gas thermal bath was very noisy. Especially at night.

The neighborhood was quiet. Loud noises in the apartment, probably heating and fan in the bathroom, so sleep not so quiet. Rusty drying rack, laundry drying not possible. We also missed blankets and pillows on the couch. I don't know if that's part of it, but it was the same in the other apartments we've stayed in.

Good location to the beach, nice apartment

A nice, clean apartment within walking distance to the beach. The apartment is on the ground floor (one small step) with outside seating. Everything important can be found there. Coffee maker, toaster, kettle, even an iron. The bed is comfortable. You can darken the whole apartment. The heaters work. Actually a smooth 1. Unfortunately, the boiler in the hallway is very loud. He organized a huge row. to forget during the day. However, at night really an impertinence.

Apartment so far quite nice. Only the heating system was very loud, some dishes were broken, mattresses were worn. Lots of stains on the wall and not so clean upon moving in

Bad beds, carelessly furnished, weak equipment in the kitchen (the worst and most dangerous pans I have ever seen) Apartment smells of cold smoke / smoke, you are woken up countless times during the night because the gas boiler is constantly starting according to when someone turns on the water in the house, the ventilation slot in the bathroom is completely dirty (bathroom otherwise nice)

The accommodation was okay for a week's vacation on the North Sea. The facility is completely made of beech. However, the windows and doors should be serviced. These are very difficult to open and close. There was still a paper cup with cigarette butts from the landlord on the terrace. Cobwebs in living room and bedroom.

Overall the apartment was fine. Unfortunately the pillows were like a big lump (very immobile). It's a pity that there was no fence around our own terrace/garden area, so our dog always had to be on a leash as soon as we opened the balcony door.

There was mold on the wall in the bedroom and the apartment always smelled musty. The beds are very bad. Not recommended. Terrace unkempt everything with weeds. Walls stains everywhere up to the ceiling. So we would not recommend the apartment and book it again. The assigned parking space of the apartment is completely overgrown so that the car is completely dirty afterwards

The accommodation is well equipped and has enough space for 4 people. Bath & toilet in one room. The only drawback is the family hotel in the neighborhood when the kids are out of control and out of bounds it can get loud at times. We would take the accommodation again.

The apartment itself was in good condition, the location not too far from the beach was good, the bathroom could have had a little more light on the mirror and the lower cupboard in the kitchen was a bit dirty, otherwise, as I said, everything was fine

Except for the terrace where you unfortunately have no privacy, the apartment was enough for the 4 of us.

Unfortunately, the furniture is very old and it was only moderately clean. The electrical appliances are very old. The service from Inter Home was very good, the people were very nice and friendly. I would book again through Inter Home but only for a more modern apartment.

Kitchen totally dirty... Cutlery is loosely lying around. Toaster was useless because it was so dirty. Apartment was just dirty.

Unfortunately, there was a slight musty smell in the hallway. A lot of water is wasted until the warm water for showering or washing up comes in the kitchen. The coffee machine needs to be cleaned (pot is totally brown)

We were dissatisfied with the apartment and terrace, there was no question of relaxation and well-being!!!!! After three days we left annoyed!!!! Waste of money!!!!!

Simple but very good. We were now in the apartment for the second time and it was perfectly adequate for our needs.

Norddeich is always worth a holiday. The apartment is clean and there is enough space for 4 people. The bathroom is a bit small, bed and sofa bed are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Bakers and the sea are within easy walking distance. We would rent this property again. We traveled with 2 adults and 2 children (13 and 14 years).

Not properly cleaned, otherwise a good apartment, central, quiet location.

Cosy, bright and friendly furnished apartment. We used it twice. The location is very quiet, the center and the sea can be reached in a few minutes on foot. A south-east facing terrace is available and equipped with furniture. (Almost) everything is available in the apartment. We missed a hair dryer and board games.

The apartment is spacious, there is a parking lot directly opposite, the equipment is okay, only the kitchenette offers too little space to really be able to cook there and that the terrace is not protected from view is a pity. So you can see the people from the neighboring house sitting on the terrace and when the neighboring house is fully booked, it has something of a train station on the way during the day. Cozy is different.

We found everything as it was described, everything was OK.
