The accommodation is small, but it has everything you need...unfortunately, there's too much of some things. Considering its size, the apartment is a bit cluttered with decorations. We more or less lived out of a suitcase, as only two narrow wardrobe sections were usable. We would book the apartment again for a short break, as the location near the dike is great, and the terrace is also very nice.

Good with minor flaws

The apartment is comfortable and well furnished. Just right for 2 people. In our opinion, the bedroom doesn't have enough space for a small child's bed. The location to the beach and restaurants is good.

Very nice, lovingly furnished holiday apartment. Everything was good. Nothing was missing. We have been there three times already and are looking forward to next year.

We have stayed in this apartment a few times, it is very comfortably furnished with great decorations, everything you need is there. Unfortunately, the mattress is still there, which was worn out 2 years ago. 1 is still OK, but with the 2nd you have severe back pain after 1 night.

We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks and everything went smoothly. The accommodation is very well equipped, you can really cook. We also used the electric grill more often. It was also possible to check in earlier and check out was easy. The location is great, you can walk to the beach in Norddeich in 10 minutes.

A cozy apartment to feel good. Everything you need in abundance! It was also good that there was enough crockery, so that you didn't have to use the dishwasher often. What bothered us was that there was no free space in the living area (drawer, shelf or similar) where you could store personal things!

Very nicely located apartment with a good layout. Very well equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery, but no free space for personal things such. B. some groceries. The sofa set is very low and worn out. Otherwise everything fine.

Warm and friendly is the initial impression of the apartment. Clean and fresh smelling. One of the few apartments we have used that had a dishwasher. But not to worry, there were enough dishes and cutlery to last the week easily without washing up. :) Underfloor heating in the bathroom. Set in a quiet area of the town, about 200m from the "Deich" and with easy access to local bakers and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I've stayed in many vacation rentals. There was nothing wrong with this apartment. It was really worth it. Hence the good rating.

Of all the previously booked apartments, this one had the best flair. You notice the personal touch of the owner with many nice and beautiful decorative items. You could feel at home. The facility left nothing to be desired. The kitchen is more than adequately equipped. Nice modern bathroom. Very good mattresses and adjustable slatted frames. The only thing I missed was a clever storage facility for bicycles.

Decorated in a maritime style with great attention to detail. Everything available what you need. My wife raved about the decoration every day and we felt at home. The location is also great - not far from the beach and you can walk to the bakery in just under 10 minutes. The small drawbacks: No internet or WiFi (nowadays a nogo), miserable mobile phone reception (XXX) and the TV is tiny. It fits exactly into the furniture - but every PC screen is larger.

As can be seen from the title, we have often stayed in the apartment. As always, everything was okay.

Everything was fine, unfortunately we couldn't sleep on the pillows, they were too uncomfortable
