The mattresses were not comfortable to lie on, the bedding definitely needs to be replaced or washed, it was really stained and unhygienic. For this price, the bed linen should have been included.

The apartment was advertised as being modernly furnished. Well, it was painted white, there was a picture in the apartment and not even of the North Sea. The kitchen unit was very poorly installed. Washing up was very difficult as there was no storage space. The right wall cupboard was installed on the left and vice versa, the left one on the right. The water tap in the kitchen was not screwed on properly. The cleanliness was OK except for a few minor things, e.g. leftover coffee in the coffee pot and the coffee filter was full.

Bathroom only satisfactory because it smelled partly unpleasant from the shower drain.

We were very happy with the apartment. Short distances to the beach and the bakery. The accommodation was clean and everything you need was there. We'd love to come back.

2 bedrooms but not suitable for seniors. Stairs to the 2nd bedroom are very steep.

The apartment was in a central location. Ideal for me.

Just right for two people, for four the living room could be a bit too small. Cozy stay right on the dike - highly recommended.

Price performance ratio is in order. The steps up are very adventurous. Everything you need is available. The toaster is quite small and could do with being replaced.

The stairs inside the apartment are very steep and narrow. Not suitable for families with small children and seniors! No free WiFi!

The mattresses are saggy. In the kitchen there is so little space between the fridge and the extractor hood that you have to wriggle around to get to the sink. There was space in the bathroom and the connections for a washing machine, which didn't exist there. And WiFi would also be an issue.

Location of the apartment TOP. Cleanliness impossible when occupied. Leftovers from the previous guest on and under the dining table. Dust bunnies in the bedroom. The window panes to the balcony were totally smeared. Kitchenette a bit too small. Otherwise appropriately furnished. Despite everything, we had a nice stay. LG from Neuss

All in all everything was fine. At first glance everything was clean. We should have taken a closer look.

The great location is really great, but the apartment is quite small. Rather bad for a family with small children, since the shower is very difficult to regulate through the gas heater and the stairs to the second bedroom also take some getting used to. However, the apartment was clean and apart from a few small things you have everything you need.

The apartment is in a central location. Everything was easy to reach. We really liked that.

The stairs to the bedroom were a bit steep and unfortunately we didn't have an umbrella on the balcony. Otherwise the apartment was great. We will definitely come again.
