Living room 11 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen), radio. 2 rooms 9 m2, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 small room 3 m2 with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen 12 m2 (4 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Exit to the terrace. 2 showers/WC. Small terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Unfortunately the heating didn't work on the first evening, it was made functional again on the second day. For this price a kitchen without an oven is not possible. The apartment door always had to be locked from the inside, otherwise everyone could have visited us in the apartment, even at night. Some of the crockery and cutlery was not clean, there were still leftovers.

There were three of us in this apartment. Everything was there that we needed. The rooms were also clean and comfortably furnished. We felt very comfortable there. The discounter Netto and the bus stop were only a few minutes away. We can definitely recommend the apartment!

Considering the very new looking bathrooms, the accommodation is ok. However, the price/performance ratio is not right. There was scaffolding in the garden. A 2 year review reads of a loud squeaky bed - this was still squeaking. Equipment partly sparse (only 3 teaspoons, etc.). We saved ourselves a complaint with the agency, since we didn't want to spend any time on this for a 4-day stay.

We stayed in the apartment for 1 week at the beginning of August with 2 adults and 3 children. At first we thought "Oh nice and clean", but 2 hours later we had black feet & coughing because dirt was flying everywhere. There is no hand brush, broom or drying rack, the vacuum cleaner bag was full and not usable. The rooms are okay, but one bedroom is only 2x2.5m in size, bunk bed and downstairs you can only bend into bed. I could write more, but not enough characters :(

The apartment consists of 2 small. Apartments.Is old and in need of renovation.Has 2 entrances, where you can only use one which is very uncomfortable.Kitchen big, no oven! It's important for us! Bedroom/living room small/showers/toilets ok Terrace has to be shared with 2 other neighbors, no privacy. You can hear everything in the house, which neighbor is going to the toilet or taking a shower. It doesn't have to be. So we would not rent this house again! Cobwebs everywhere!

The apartment is fully equipped and functional. However, both the apartment and the house (façade, terrace, outdoor area) are in dire need of renovation. This mars the otherwise good impression.
