Seestern

The holiday there was very nice and relaxing. Unfortunately the accommodation is a bit far from the sea, but this is already mentioned in the description. The apartment was clean, tidy and adequately equipped. The landlords live downstairs and are very fond of children and animals. You can knock at any time and ask questions. I can highly recommend a holiday there.

We felt comfortable, there was enough space for everyone. The landlords were very friendly! All landlords should be like that. Everything was great except for animal hair (even in the kitchen drawers) although we don't have a pet and feather pillows... if you don't like them you should bring your own. A lovely big sunny balcony and big rooms too. A few minutes drive from the beach but quiet and not far from the town either - a few minutes walk.

We went on holiday with our kids and two friends. We were very happy with the location of the property. We could easily walk to the old town of Hooksiel.

Overall we were very satisfied. However, since we are the landlords of two holiday properties, our expectation of cleanliness was generally not so satisfactory. The furniture and beds are great but could use some adjustment and better set-up. Kitchen doors rubbed on the lower ones. Otherwise lovely nice hosts. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

We spent a nice week there. The apartment is very large, we were 3 adults and 2 dogs and felt comfortable.

There were three of us with a baby in the apartment for a week. It is quite central. Everything is within walking distance. The landlords were very nice and accommodating. The apartment was clean and especially the bathroom was new. Gladly again :)

We had plenty of space, each bedroom has a sink with a mirrored cabinet! So there was no scrambling in the great bathroom!

1 room and the bathroom are outside the apartment, electric grill available but no sockets on the terrace, refrigerator only closes with force, not a single door on the cupboard moves normally, washing machine dirty, extremely dirty under the bed, plus various socks found, Living room much too small for several people, broken sink in the bathroom, no hot water in the kitchen, floors extremely loud, front door cracks when opened, mattresses great! bath new! Perfect location!

The apartment made a slightly under-lived impression. Various defects in the bathroom, especially the shower. The statement completely renovated in 2017 raises the expectation of a completely different appearance. The renovation was carried out superficially and partially poorly. 'The rating satisfactory corresponds more closely to the school grade sufficient.

Everything great. Super dear landlord. Centrally located and yet very quiet. Always my pleasure. We'll be back next year and we're really looking forward to it

Apartment is not particularly well maintained. 1 room + bathroom is not part of the lockable apartment.
