A very nice house. Offers plenty of space. A special children's corner with toys and books for younger guests. A large garden and a great location. Direct access to the dike and just a few minutes from the nearest town with shops.

We stayed here for 6 days with 8 adults and 7 children and had a wonderful time! Everything is lovingly furnished and very child-friendly. We simply left our toys in our suitcases. Games, books for all ages, toys, Bobby Cars, a balance bike, a skateboard, a large handcart, and much more left little to be desired. We were able to eat together in the conservatory. What a wonderful house and the very kind care provided by Mrs. F. THANK YOU!!!

The house has a total of three fully equipped apartments with a kitchen, living room, and bathroom: two on the ground floor (one of which has a kitchen and living room integrated), and one smaller apartment on the first floor. There are also three bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor of the other half of the house. Our highlights were the winter garden, the two terraces (one of which has a fireplace grill), and the tiled stove in the living room. There's also a sauna and shower with massage jets in the basement. Everything was spotlessly clean. Nothing was left to be desired!

We were very happy with our stay. The location was great for a week's holiday with 4 families: direct, quick access to the dyke and the sea, and smaller excursions were also easy with small children. The house and the property with garden were also perfect for us. We were only irritated by the cleanliness of the ceilings and walls, where numerous squashed gnats and mosquitoes were eking out their existence. Otherwise, it was great and absolutely recommended!!!

We were in the house for the second time and would love to come back.....

Great kitchen with everything you need. Large refrigerators and ice maker. Very large winter garden, large covered terrace, games room with table tennis, table football, billiards and darts. Edeka supermarket and fish market nearby. Great holiday home for many people.

Everything was great, accommodation very well equipped, lovingly furnished and decorated, plenty of space for 4 generations from great-grandmothers to small children, great play area and play cellar, inviting conservatory with space for everyone and much more

We were 11 adults, 1 baby and 2 dogs in this large, well-equipped house. Due to the location, you didn't disturb anyone and you could quickly start a long walk with the dogs across the street. CONCLUSION: Very good for spending time together. Village a bit bland.

Extensive range of crockery, cutlery, etc. Large refrigerators, plenty of seating, fireplace, sauna, large range of games and sports. The condition of the lawn is not that good.

Everything went great

The holiday home leaves nothing to be desired. The quiet location directly behind the dike is fantastic. All bedrooms have been lovingly refurnished and the windows have fly screens and blinds. We slept wonderfully. The kitchen is absolutely perfectly equipped and nothing is missing. TOP!!! The sauna and the winter garden

We stayed with our children and grandchildren (5-16 years) for a week in this great holiday home. It was a lovingly designed home. Nothing was missing. Even in rainy weather there was no boredom. We would come back anytime.

We (young families) were very satisfied in this well-equipped, clean and comfortable accommodation! There is a lot to discover especially for children, but adults also get their money's worth in the leisure cellar. Gladly again!! The only downside was the mattresses, which were a bit soft for our taste.

We had met with 7 exhausted people for a long-arranged working group and didn't really know if anything would come of it. In the beginning there was a problem from our side: The mail with our arrival time was sent to the wrong address. But we were kindly helped from the beginning by the manager. And the house: perfect. For our group because we were able to spread out well and work at a distance. Perfect! So that we will soon be coming to family reunions and vacations.

The house was very spacious and is also very well maintained. Can just be recommended!!!!

Great accommodation right behind the dike. The equipment is perfect. Rooms and bathrooms great leisure activities (table football, billiards, darts, table tennis) great! Existing selection of toys for children cannot be topped, the administrator is extremely nice and accommodating. Perfect for families or similar with 5 couples and a few children! Definitely recommendable.

We stayed as a family in the two-room apartment. We really liked the apartment in terms of its size and facilities. It is right on the dike. If you walk a few meters, you are already over the dyke, at the Langenwarder Groten and a few meters further at this small harbor in Fedderwaddersiel. Perfect. Enjoyed the time together as a family. And it's quiet there.

In the basement there is a sauna, table tennis table, pool table, table football and dart board. Very good for children. toys available. Very spacious. The house is very comfortable, the equipment is perfect and the location is ideal. For children everything is available what children's hearts desire. The surrounding area also has a lot to offer. A week was actually too short to enjoy everything. We can recommend the house unreservedly.
