The Nordseepark is quietly located behind the dike and is recommended for those seeking peace and quiet, families with small children, and dog owners. Restaurants and the swimming area are within walking distance in about 15 minutes. The swimming lagoon is a bit further away. The house is well-suited for six people. It is clean and comfortable, with spacious upstairs rooms offering space for playing. The kitchen is well-equipped and fairly new. The dining area, however, is a bit cramped for six people, but manageable.

On site it was not very clean, the check in was very satisfactory and apart from the uncleanliness it was okay

We spent a very pleasant weekend in the house. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was also perfect for us: the dike and the small beach are right around the corner, and there are also options for dining and a supermarket within walking distance.

Everything was fine, except that the outdoor area needed to be cleaned upon arrival (leaves and dirt on the terrace). Furthermore, the TV's technical capabilities left a lot to be desired; the transmission frequently dropped out, probably due to weak internet.

The property was not very well maintained. The bathtub on the ground floor is not easy to get out of at the age of 74, as there is no grab rail at all. We have stayed in 2 holiday homes in recent years that were much better and about the same price.

Beautiful house in a great location, right on the North Sea. Everything is within walking distance. The prices for eating out are still OK.

Everything was there, clean and comfortable. What we personally missed was a mixer.... Would come again

Family vacation at the North Sea.

We stayed in the house as a group of six. It is very comfortably furnished and clean. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need. Unfortunately, the WiFi didn't work, which was explained to us by the fact that there is currently construction work on the network. The mattresses on the beds were unfortunately very soft, the beds themselves could perhaps be exchanged. Unfortunately, the terrace is not covered. All in all, we felt very comfortable and would travel there again.

Beautiful accommodation not far from the sea, mudflats, playground, dog park and town... Accommodation was clean and adequately equipped. Some things are a bit old, but serve their purpose (e.g. shower stall on the 1st floor). Should we travel to the North Sea again, we will consider this accommodation again. The only thing we complain about is that the accommodation was not finished cleaning and we had to wait longer than. WiFi was very bad.

Bicycle shed broken, damp, dirty. All walls covered by insect remains. Reason: Next door rainwater sewer and then no fly screens. Upstairs smell musty and smoky!! Allergy triggers in one person!! Kitchen appliances, laundry, bathroom ok, and some beds. Furniture completely outdated, not contemporary. Paid a total of over 1000€ for a week - without words. Wifi bad.

Everything was great except for the WiFi, which was unusable

A bicycle is useful so that shopping does not have to be done on foot or by car as there are no grocery stores nearby. The house is spacious and offers plenty of space. Unfortunately, the WiFi worked very poorly and there was no freezer compartment in the fridge. In the bathroom on the ground floor there is only a bathtub with no shower facility. The mattresses were very soft and the curtains in the bedrooms only darkened a little. Otherwise we liked the house very much.

Dear D&H, Flying ants had nested in the utility room. Since we arrived on Saturday, we couldn't call for help immediately. The creatures were looking for their way under the door and it was almost impossible to walk in shoes, jackets and barefoot... I informed them on Monday morning (confirmation was refused) and in the afternoon the chemical club came, we had to dispose of the carcasses. Positive: room layout, location, fly screens would be an advantage. Regards NL...

We stayed in this house for the third time and as always very satisfied. There is nothing to complain about. The whole house is very clean and comfortable. A suggestion for improvement would be a privacy screen on the front door, so that you can get into the living room unobserved from the bathroom/toilet at night on the ground floor via the hallway (e.g. a small curtain or blind). The editions of the garden furniture could to be replaced by new ones next year. In principle, a foot/cycle path from the holiday park along the dyke towards Burhave-"City" would be desirable.
