Inside, you'll find a fabulous living space, complete with huge windows that bring the outside in, and a wood-burner to keep you cosy on chilly evenings. There's also a sauna, where you can sweat out your stresses, and a smart kitchen for cooking up tasty snacks. Bring your culinary creations out onto the private deck, and dine in the fresh air as you admire the views. You'll probably want to make the most of your lakeside location, and your host will provide two canoes and two paddle boards. There are also plenty of wonderful walks through the surrounding Uckermark Lakes Nature Park – or you might prefer to explore by bike. And, if you're missing the hustle and bustle, you can plan a day trip into historic Berlin, just an hour and a half away by car.
