With its teak furniture and Danish design, Wood Stock is one of those effortlessly chic homes. We love the kitchen, it’s our favourite part of the home as the all-black kitchen cabinetry is super eye-catching. The immediate area is lovely – there’s always something to do in Prenzlauer Berg, whether you’re looking to find your new favourite coffee shop, try some exotic foods, or visit some independent boutiques.
Home truths: *The host only rents out this home for longer periods of time – which is why a rental agreement needs to be signed and a deposit needs to be paid directly to the host
*We couldn’t find a home manual – you may have to ask for help on how to use the appliances
*It’s on the fifth floor with no lift – be prepared for a lot of up and down
*It overlooks a busy road – it can get noisy (especially if the windows are open)
*The balconies aren’t super private – they’re only separated from the neighbouring balconies by some plants
