As it’s a former shop, The Florian boasts some interesting features like the old shopfront window in the living room/bedroom. It’s located on a beautiful street in Charlottenburg, but sadly this street can also get a little noisy at times. If you feel like venturing out and about, you're really close to Charlottenburg Palace and its beautiful gardens. There's a lot of museums around there too, which are all worth a visit.

Home truths

Sadly, it doesn’t get a lot of natural light because it’s a ground floor home

You enter via the living room/bedroom, which is directly on the street

As the living room/bedroom faces a busy street – it can get a little noisy at night

The décor is slightly backing in character – we wouldn’t mind some more personal art pieces

    There’s currently no home manual

    The bathroom is very small
