Dry Humour is one of a kind. Located inside what used to be a brewery, the building is steeped in history. We adore the high ceilings and arched windows, both of which remind us of a different time. It also comes with a kitchen that’s very clearly made for cooking – the butcher’s block countertop is as cool as it is practical. The immediate area is on the more peaceful side, but you’re only a ten-minute walk from some of Berlin’s most charming hangouts – including Viktoriapark (one of our favourite parks in the city).
Home truths: *The host only rents out this home for longer periods of time – which is why a rental agreement needs to be signed and a deposit needs to be paid directly to the host
*When we visited, the wifi wasn’t working – the host is working on fixing this issue
*The bedroom is on the mezzanine floor – it’s not very private
*The ladder going up to the bedroom doesn’t have any railing and it’s quite steep too
*There’s currently no home manual
