Crisp Apple isn’t the largest home in our Berlin collection – it’s a studio apartment, so there’s not much space to spread out. The layout makes the most of the space it has though, and the French windows flood the home with natural light. A real highlight is its well-maintained private balcony, looking onto a peaceful courtyard. Although central, the surrounding area is quiet and residential, with Mauer Park right on the doorstep – those wanting to be surrounded by activity might want to look elsewhere.
Home truths: * This home isn’t very well connected by public transport – the nearest station is a ten-minute walk away
* Be aware that one of the guests will be sleeping on a single sofa bed in the living area
* Other than the book collection there’s not much on offer in terms of entertainment
