Bath/shower/WC. 2 balconies, terrace. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, box-room. Very beautiful distant view of the valley and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. The upper floor: open gallery (reading room with table).

Beautiful country house "Waldhaus". Outside the resort, 10 km from the centre of Kollnburg, in a secluded, quiet position, along the wooded area. Private: property, natural garden, lawn for sunbathing, pond. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, washing machine. Motor access to the house (700 m via unmade road). Parking at the house. Supermarket 9 km, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 15 km, thermal baths 20 km. Tennis 10 km, riding stable 10 km, skisport facilities 50 km, cross country ski track 10 km. Please note: car recommended.

Perfect holiday home in nature. Everything available what you need. Optimal location for sports activities such as trail running, mountain biking, hiking, skiing. Freizeitbad Deggendorf only 25km away. Treetop path, ski slopes, children's area, rope garden in St. Englmar only 20 minutes by car.

We felt very comfortable in the great holiday home, right on the edge of the forest with a super beautiful view of the valley. We missed (almost) nothing. The house is super equipped with everything you need, except for a hair dryer, we missed it. The location is great and you can do a lot of great excursions and hikes.

It is a dream house in the middle of nature. Here you can really relax. A well-kept house, we lacked nothing here. The location is also perfect for vacationing. From hiking to sightseeing, you can do it all here. It won't be our last time there...

Fully equipped (toilet paper, soap, washing powder, drying rack, barbecue, lounger, spices, tea... nothing is missing). Great mattresses. 2 showers, 1 tub, TV from ARD to Sat1, RTL to Tele5, everything is there. Outside benches, tables, chairs, amazing view, everything very well maintained, space for children, dogs. Not quite so calm. On 7 days we were woken up shortly after 7 by an excavator in front of the house, saw, tractor, etc. In the evening strangers came and celebrated in the forest, during the day mushroom pickers. Owner TOP! caring!

We used the holiday home as accommodation for hikes in the Bavarian Forest. The secluded location brought wonderful peace, there is no WiFi, but a good mobile network. The transaction was uncomplicated and smooth. The equipment of the house was absolutely sufficient for us and thanks to a previous review we were able to improvise a curtain in the bathroom. Firewood is available, the mattresses are good and the water can also be used to make tea. We will be happy to come back.

A car is essential as the house is very isolated. Shops and restaurants are in Viechtach. Despite the satellite system, the TV only has 2 channels. Unfortunately, WiFi is not available.

Very nice house, lots of space, very quiet in a forest clearing. Problems with the heating were fixed immediately by the landlord. The only thing that would be great is a curtain in the bathroom, even if there's not a lot of people up there. Highly recommended for people who want to get away from the hustle and bustle. Great with a dog, take a flashlight with you.
