Wohnung 8 (Am Sonneneck) Apartment 4

The apartment itself is well located, very nice and clean. The equipment, especially in the kitchen, is very good. As others have already described, the mattress in the bedroom is much too hard. The vibration (for heating?/hot water generation?), which can be heard regularly, also took some getting used to.

We were on holiday for a week with two children (2 & 5) and really enjoyed the time. The apartment is quiet, comfortable and spacious. Note: The mattresses in the double bed are very hard - but we still slept well. The apartment is pet-free, which was important to us and is great for allergy sufferers! Great view, a few minutes walk to the centre or collecting stones on the Traun. Great excursions possible. We'd love to come back!

Apartment 8 is just under the roof and is very spacious. Despite the summer heat, the apartment was very pleasantly cool. 5 people have enough space and room here. We had a very great stay. The apartment is an 8-minute walk from the train station and the center of Ruhpolding. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a vacation.

We spent a nice holiday in the apartment. Everything is very clean and comfortably furnished. Only the shower head and the TV should be renewed. We were very satisfied and will come again.

Beautiful apartment in the heart

First of all: everything we advertised and we were absolutely satisfied with everything. Positive: - Very stable WiFi (suitable for home offices). - Well-equipped kitchen - Top location (1 minute to the creek and bike path, 5 minutes on foot to the center, everything within walking distance) Negative: - No Chiemgau card, only normal guest card - 2nd floor and only accessible via spiral staircase - Info on key handover was wrong (instead of the given address in another part of the town, this will be handed over directly to the apartment).

The apartment was clean and we didn't miss anything. Good mattresses...lots of crockery and very comfortable...a nice, unobstructed view of the mountains. Would come back any time.

Cozy top floor apartment with a successful room layout, the bakery and the nice town center of Ruhpolding are within walking distance, the Winkelmoosalm/Steinplatte ski area is about 15 minutes away by car

Overall, the apartment is rated as good. Only the mattresses in the double bed were too hard for us, which is why we switched to the children's room (tiny) and guest couch. But then it wasn't a problem anymore.

Cleanliness left a lot to be desired, especially under the furniture there were dust and wool mice, the sofa in the living room actually belongs on the bulky waste so it was shapeless and worn out, the key holders were of exemplary friendliness, big compliment.

This is the best vacation rental we have had so far. We travel a lot and have seen a few apartments. Very bright rooms, everything renovated to date, new kitchen with dishwasher (fantastic), enough space for 5 to 6 people (we were 5), 2 balconies with a very nice view. The owner would like to express extra Lohb. Very friendly, helpful, given some tips for visiting Ruhpoldin, I can only recommend it as a vacation spot. We would like to go there again.

Everything very clean, only bathroom a bit outdated but perfectly usable. Mattresses could be better!
