Wooden floors. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Private entrance, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Small defects such as not enough crockery or glasses were corrected immediately, the sofa, however, is ripe for the bulky waste, TV programs limited to about 7, 2 of which can be viewed... Otherwise everything was fine.

Better than expected. Even the weather. Were 6 with grandma grandpa. Proximity to the fairytale park great. You can also walk to Ruhpolding. Food in the hotel next door very good. Great in "The Wave"! Great location and ideal with children. Only the pillows could be thicker. First vacation where no one wanted to go home on the last day. Come back next year.

The apartment has an excellent location, it is very quiet surrounded by meadows, but it is not far from the center. The accommodation is very spacious and is well suited for groups. However, she is also getting on in years. The beds squeaked extremely, some pillows had hardly any filling left, the toilet brushes urgently needed to be replaced and the drawers in the kitchen didn't hold up properly. For the price, a lot would have to be done on the house - then it would be recommended

Very nice holiday home with great room layout! We were there twice during the pandemic and you can tell that a few small things needed to be repaired. But they are not serious flaws. Most of the advice in our feedback was heeded, great praise!!!

Beautiful, spacious and cozy. Good location. The beds were comfortable and especially the bathroom was very nice. Ski bus runs almost in front of the door. Nice way to the city center can be done in 20 min. We felt very comfortable. Small drawback: the dishwasher would have to be replaced.

Beautiful, idyllic accommodation with lots of space..a second shower would actually make the most sense, as with an occupancy of 6 people there are organizational bottlenecks in this regard..the immediate outdoor facilities could be cared for a little more lovingly with little effort..food of a good standard. .
