Well-equipped holiday apartment, great kitchen, good mattresses. Super hot water in winter. Quiet location right on the edge of the forest, hiking trails right outside the front door. Small restaurants within walking distance. What more could you want? :-)

Very large for a 4-person apartment with lots of storage space. Balcony with a great view. Care is provided by the adjoining Garni Hotel "Zur Linde". Bathroom no longer furnished/tiled in a contemporary way, the rest of the furniture was very nice, top kitchen equipment. Only partially suitable for the disabled due to door panels and a high shower entrance.

The mattresses and slatted frames urgently need to be renewed. Glasses for wine and liquor are missing.

Very nice apartment and its surroundings. Huge area (could be for more people). Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Fantastic view from the balcony. A great starting point for excursions. There is peace and quiet around.

The days in the Upper Palatinate were very relaxing and very entertaining due to the many well-described hiking trails. The apartment is very well equipped, well laid out and very well maintained.

Clean, quiet location, central to excursion destinations, Arber, Bodenmais, etc.. WiFi is not ideal, but it is known in Germany in rural areas, we are not pioneers when it comes to digitization.

Generally older furnishing, location on a driveway to the neighboring hotel - noisy early in the morning. Small balcony, the former owner ... goes outside every hour to smoke on the balcony above and observes what is happening below him.

very spacious, good facilities, very clean. We were extremely satisfied and had no complaints. A ski room can be used in the guesthouse right next door.
