Electric heating. Wooden floors. Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The landlord does not accept corporate bookings.

The cottage was perfect for us in the colder season. The rooms are very well equipped and you have everything you need. The wood stove makes the evenings cozy and you can feel very comfortable in this very clean and loving little house. Thank you also for the friendly and uncomplicated contact!

Were 7 days in the cottage. Very clean and everything you need is there. Equipment like at home of course not (small stove 2 fields, small dishwasher) but we don't need it either. Unfortunately, the holiday village is mainly used privately, which can be seen in the associated playground. But at the Illmensee 2km footpath is a very nice one. Otherwise restaurant Riedblick you can have great food, we did it twice.

The landlords have put a lot of effort into detail and offer above-average equipment in the holiday home. Another holiday home was rented by my parents-in-law and by no means offered this level of comfort. So if you ever go to the Pfungen holiday village again, then only in the Sveja holiday home.

It is the right place to "come down" on your own. Hardly any other people, nice living room to hang out, very quiet at night, garden to yourself with sun until about 3 p.m., shopping facility 4km, good restaurant 400m, in autumn you look forward to the wood stove...

It was very cosy, especially with the stove. Too bad that the bed is not a double bed, two separate beds are apart. Otherwise everything was fine.

The house was very clean, the outdoor area was well-kept and attractive, the contact person was very friendly and helpful and everything else that you needed was there. The only small flaw, if you can call it that, was the steep staircase to the bedrooms. Nevertheless highly recommended

In general we were quite satisfied. Due to the sloping roof, only half of the beds can really be used by adults and you quickly bump into the slope when turning. The kitchen lacks enough hotplates for families. Two (not really big) spots are not enough. Very steep stairs. The house is simple, clean, big TV, good wifi. Everything ok so far.
