We really had a wonderful holiday, it is a very nice apartment, with good, firm beds. The surroundings are beautiful! Very friendly owners.

A lovely, comfortable apartment with everything you need. Very friendly hosts. If possible, you can order a snack platter, mostly made with farm-made products, which are also available for purchase. Our four-legged friend thoroughly enjoyed his stay. Hiking trails start right at the farm. A getaway that we highly recommend.

The Schmalzenhof holiday apartment was the nicest and best holiday apartment we've ever booked. Everything was very well-ordered and well-maintained. The hosts were very friendly. As an organic farm with its own butchery, we were happy to purchase fresh, excellent-quality meat and sausages and can recommend them at any time.

Great apartment. Beautiful location. Beautiful view. Very clean. Children can play nicely. The apartment is even more beautiful than in the pictures. In the meantime, a canopy has been made around the apartment for the small restaurant. There is also a private terrace for guests with a grill. The restaurant is only open on weekends and you will not be bothered by it. Only convenience. Delicious food! Highest rating. Nothing to complain about at all.

We had a pleasant stay at Schmalzenhof in Hofstetten. Owners were very friendly. Everything was there in this cozy apartment. Fantastic view of the valley.

We have had a very nice vacation. Family with 2 children. Accommodation super, very comfortable, very well equipped, nothing was missing. Host family very nice. We were 5 days, unfortunately too short. We can only recommend it.

The apartment is very cozy. You immediately feel very comfortable. Even if the weather is not so good, you can enjoy the day in it. Very well equipped with everything. The firmness of the mattress was great for my husband. It was a bit too hard for me.

Excellent accommodation with a friendly and helpful host family. Located in an excellent location as a base for a walking and/or cycling stay. Also for visiting cities such as Strasbourg or Freiburg.

Nothing is missing in this beautiful holiday home. The very good equipment and high-quality materials should be emphasized. Especially small things like fly screens on every window and every door make a stay in this apartment a carefree holiday with no wishes.

We had a wonderful holiday in this great accommodation. There was nothing wrong with it. Clean, tastefully decorated, all amenities available. The landlords were always available and very nice. In the small farm shop you can buy delicious meat, sausages and bread at fair prices. The homemade jam is also recommended. In short: everything was perfect

There were two of us in the very nice apartment, 4 people would have had no problems as well. The apartment is new and excellently equipped and also very clean. Thanks to the nice landlords from Schmalzenhof!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Unterkumft ist neu und mit ganz viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber waren stets zuvorkommend und herzlich. Unsere Kinder konnten auf dem Hof beim Auftrieb der Pferde helfen, mit den Katzen spielen, auf Tramolin springen oder die Tischtennisplatte nutzen. Im Umland gibt es unzählige Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Keppelehof als Ausflug/Einkehr nach Wanderung und die Mineralienhalde Clara.

It doesn't need many words, the apartment is fantastic, clean, modern and equipped with everything your heart desires. The family ... is a great host! We had a great vacation.
