Return visit, catching end of ski season again. Apartment clean and practical. Perfect for up to 4, 6 would be tight. Pick up keys/bedding from Chamonix was easy, friendly and helpful. Hope revisit same time next year - the 30 second walk to the lift is a real bonus.

Rustic hut with space for up to 4 people. Dog was allowed to come along. Adequate for the price and location. Unfortunately, I have a few negative points of criticism: - The fuse box roared constantly at night. - cistern stopper broken - no WiFi (subject to a charge) - cutlery must be exchanged (very blunt knives) - mold growth in the bathroom - cobwebs in the living room - dishwasher extremely loud Suitable for ski-in/ski-out.

Deplorable welcome without any explanation, guest cards absent, request to hand over the keys on departure elsewhere than the agency (Saturday center of Chamonix, market day) impossible to park, no question, my wife went better after that had an incident and following a phone call from a landlord in the building.

We were able to enjoy spacious accommodation, which is not always the case in the mountains. The bedding is comfortable and the building very quiet. It was necessary to push the heating to be warm (rooms a little cold). Very pleasant welcome at the agency.

Residence well located for hiking, climbing for beginners near the lake, bakery at the foot of the accommodation. Proper kitchen equipment (small dishwasher, small fridge, kettle, coffee maker, microwave). Too bad the freezer no longer has a door (impossible to have refrigerated plates for picnics) Decent bedding Fairly dark accommodation (no ceiling light in the main room and the bedrooms only lamps). The beds are a bit short (only 1.90m) and there is no proper lighting in the living room. We liked the antique furniture (buffet, table, grandfather clock) and the comfortable sofa. The ski area of Les Houches convinces with many easy and some intermediate slopes. Lift capacity is good - no queuing or waiting anywhere. There is only a bakery and 2 sports shops nearby, but with the Chamonix tourist card, trains and buses in the valley are free.

Very correct service, at our convenience. Only downside, expensive Internet for the speed offered, for the price the Internet could at least be unlimited.
