The apartment is much more spacious and comfortable than the photos suggest. Remarks: - the curtain and hooks of the living room window need to be sewn up / patched up - a bulb is missing from the bedside lamp located to the right of the sofa - the wall lamp on level 0 of the 4-bed room works not - the furniture in the large bedroom could be refreshed (outdated clothes racks, desk and work chair that are not fittings) -

Nothing to complain about the location of this apartment. However, for the second time we found a very dirty apartment and in particular a dirty bathroom which is not cleaned!!! The furniture is dilapidated, the dining table is moving because the legs need to be glued back together, the same goes for the coat rack in the bathroom ... and also the dishwasher button, moreover, sometimes it leaks .... On the other hand, the state of slabs on the balconies are in a deplorable state! Paid for a WIFI that does not work

The apartment is pleasant and ideally located in the Hameau du Lay, 2 minutes from the gondola. It is quite large and well laid out. The cleaning on arrival was average with in particular a fridge full of mold. The kitchen equipment is tired. The keys are to be collected at the station of St Gervais and not Contamines, impractical when traveling by train! The agency nevertheless offers a service (at an additional cost) to leave the keys and any sheets in the apartment.

It's been 2 times that we come to this apartment because we feel good there. It is well located, quiet and yet close to the cable cars and amenities (bakery, XXX, XXX, sale of quiche/pizza/soup), bar... On the other hand this time the cleaning left something to be desired... task sticky under the dining room table, pieces of cheese under the living room table, old toothbrush behind a bedside table... my son even found a cuddly toy he had lost last year and which was stuck between the mattress and the wall...
