very good location, very nice apt, only concern a little noise due to the front door of the building which hits very hard when it closes

We spent a few days in this apartment, the location is great, both within the structure and in reference to Chamonix. The apartment is on the first floor near the elevators (we never heard them from inside, neither day nor night). The description indicates a French bed and 2 single beds but one of the 2 singles has a pull-out drawer with an additional mattress, which was very convenient for us.

Well located, near the center, 2min from the Pic du Midi, quiet, parking. Appart in adequacy with our expectations of the moment. Lack of maintenance (toilet paper, trash bag, etc.)

Nice, cozy and clean apartment. It just lacks a microwave because the oven is not necessarily useful

Apartment just equipped (no microwave to heat), poorly insulated (cold passing through the windows) and very light heating (1 small convector for the large living room). Aging building which is not soundproofed (small party upstairs until 4am and ski boots in the hallway at 8am). Positive point: very good responsiveness from the agency to deal with a problem with the TV cable and the bulb to be changed.

On the reservation via XXX you can find: Apartment € 280 € 14 bed linen fee per person per stay is included. € 6 Towel charge per person per stay is included. But you had to pay more on the spot. It's not fair. There were no trash bags or toilet paper.
